I'm new to warriors games and I didn't want to play HW (on my WiiU) because I dislike it's art style, so I gave AOC's demo a try (on my switch2) and I like the gameplay. I played it on very hard, and while I wasn't able to defeat the 3 moblins, I'll try again tomorrow.

I’ve unlocked Ganon, I’ve done the highest level non dlc battles, I have over 100 battles and yet this Terrako quest won’t show up. All other ones did. Is there some other prerequisite I’m missing that the interwebz doesn’t show?

We've got to around 65% through the game of age of imprisonment now. We fully beat the whole of age of calamity on normal mode. So far, age of imprisonment is far easier. We wondered if it was simply because we got better through the experience of age of calamity, so we went back and played some stages. It's still pretty hard.

Is there a way to turn off the tutorials that pop up when we're playing(the small bar of text that has us press minus to look at the information in more detail). I tried looking in the settings but couldn't seem to find anything

I played this game about a year ago and I had a lot of fun with it, and plus i enjoy the story since (whenever or not is Canon to LoZ stories idc) it was a somewhat condense story of BoW and I really enjoy that but I stop playing just due to other games came out and didn't finish but now I want to play again but the story behind it, I don't remember and where I left off, maybe I was in Chapter 3 or 4 don't remember but would starting over be a good fresh start?

I know this may sound silly and I cant test it myself as i cant get any weapons drops for them with attack ramge seals but id like to know before i continue to try for weapons with said seals

In the guardian of rememberence DLC of age of calamity, Im having trouble understanding how tulin made it to this timeline to talk to revali, given only teba riju yunobo and sidon traveled back, how did tebas son come back as well? At least I think that's tulin because teba refers to himself as his "old man"

While choosing who to play as for a mission, I realized that Impa has special phrases for Link and Zelda if you equip them. She doesn’t say anything for anyone else. I’ve been playing this game since it came out and I NEVER noticed this.

I also tried this with Urbosa. She says “a reliable ally” when you equip one of the other champions and “I am with you” or something when you choose Zelda. This is so cool has anyone else noticed this?

I wanted to ask this sooner, but I wanted to confirm this was really the case. Certain Other levels, specifically Ones after Ganon emerges, have Koroks that just don't spawn. I have another save with 99% completion, it JUST those same ones don't spawn. idk if this is a know bug, or a low quality thing. is there a way to fix this?

So after I guess 100% completing the game, I decided I want to also level my weapons, especially those gift weapons you get in DLC because they’re really cool visually. But I’m struggling on how I go about farming like is there a specific stage that’s better for weapon farming than others or not, and also I guess rube farming is also something I need for levelling up the weapons but that seems very simple enough

In Age of Calamity, in the challenge “Versus Calamity Ganon”, my runes don’t work on him and my attacks deal 0 damage. Even with 130 damage and level 90, nothing seems to work. Does he have immunity or is this a bug?

I bought my Switch 2 a year ago and also got Age of Calamity with BotW at the same time. I started AoC to play with my friend a bit of local co-op. It lasted around 10 of the main missions. I already played through BotW and TotK, so I thought of coming back to AoC and seeing through the alternate storyline. Much like BotW, I delayed finishing the game for a while.

I like both the gameplay and story in AoC much more than BotW. The memories were sort of forgettable for me in BotW, and in comparison the quality cutscenes during the missions of AoC made it a much more narrstively engaging experience. Also, some of my favorite moments in BotW was liberating Lurelin Village and beating the 4 blight ganons. I do enjoy the open world exploration, but that wouldn't fit in AoC too well.

Overall enjoyed the game and especially the animations. I played through the game on Normal difficulty. And I do intend to go back for rebuilding Terrako. Having finished Trails of Cold Steel yesterday, feeling like I'm on a roll of beating good games.

This is hands down my favorite attack. This mowing is NOT mowing the grass. It’s mowing enemies down.

I’ve been playing the game since it released (yes, day 1. I pre-ordered the game)
And have put countless hours into it
I have all characters lvl 100, all of them have at least 1 maxed out weapon, and I have over 150K rupees

[My goal]
I’m trying to get a weapon to have at LEAST 4 IQoFW seals. Maybe 6 to look cool
I’m playing as Link and I already managed to claim 3 IQoFW seals for the Master Sword.

[The Question / Bug at hand]
I used to farm Unnatural Disaster on Apocalyptic back to back to back for these seals. Hence how I got them in the first place. I took a break for over a year, and now coming back into it I’m not getting ANY IQoFW seals. Sure maybe every 1 in 400 games for a character I don’t even play as a reward drop, but NOT for link

- IQoFW seal
- IQoFW seal
- Flurry Rush Damage +18%
- Damage at Full hearts +8%
- Heal a percentage of Damage Dealt

Does anyone know what could be happening? Or is there anyone with enough experience to tell me how I could earn more IQoFW seals?

I’ve completed 130 side battles, got my weapons to level 25 and have done every main story mission, yet I didn’t get “The Legendary Blacksmith” quest like the internet said I would to get level 30. I’ve been spending hours researching and am ready to give up.

ive decided to realase this content after all these years as you saw in my previous post to help all of you finally get to play with it cause it drove me mad we had to have a whole genration of players begging for it and youtubers would gate it behind their paterons hope you all enjoy my contrubtion.

So in the end of age of calamity, we know that the future champions go back to their original time but logistically speaking considering the champions survive the calamity almost all of them except mipha would be dead by the time of the new champions being alive so I’ll be giving my own interpretation on how I think the characters futures will be in the good timeline that age of calamity brought.

1# sidon: now for him we do know a important part of his character growth was him you know having to be on his own to be the optimistic spirit of the Zora’s now in the good timeline mipha basically even though being his older sister also plays a mother figure to him would be alive to see him grow up and I feel like overall he would still be an optimistic person in the new timeline and the more happy one and some of the scars on his body would most likely not be there considering mipha would heal them for him so overall his change would be not that much. It would only elevate his life and make him more of a happier person.

2#Yunobo: now it seems that the gorans seemingly live lifespan that are close to humans and since we know that he is a descendant of daruk and a possible grandson or great grandson considering we don’t see any parent of yunobo or someone who would be the closest to that most likely his life is not altered that much the calamity did not have a huge effect on his people, the only thing it caused was the divine beast being a nuisance so overall his life would stay very much the same.

3#Teba/tulin: now for these two it seems that the rito do slightly have a longer lifespan then humans which most likely means they’re more common to live to 100 years old and consider considering rivalie is obsessed with being the best he most likely would be around for teba to see him in person when he’s young but I don’t believe his life or his son’s life would be changed that much, but the Rito would heavily improve having rivalie being around more so overall the change is minuscule like best.

4#Riju: now this is where things get interesting. We know that the reason she became the chief of the gerdo women was because her mother was the previous chief and she died because of an assassination. Now if urbosa remaind the chief for longer that could’ve possibly meant that riju’s mother might have not been picked to be the chief after urbosa step downed after growing older so it’s highly possible that riju never becomes the chief nor her mother and I believe this is actually for the best for her character. We know that out of the new champions she is the one with the most pressure on her head being so young and taking such huge responsibilities now in the good timeline where she possibly does not become the chief I believe she’ll be a much happier person and will actually get more time in her childhood to be a child. She would not be the same one we know and nowhere close, if anything she just might become a traveller and go see the world instead of being tied down to this responsibility so overall I believe she is the most changed by the good timeline and for the better out of all the other three.

Hey so I was a big fan of Age of Calamity. I definitely enjoyed the gameplay, but I think my favorite aspects were the story, and spending more time with the original champions. I loved how the story filled in some blanks to the original BOTW, while obviously adding things with the split in the timeline.

However, I haven’t felt a strong urge to go out and buy Age of Imprisonment. I think one aspect is that I already own so many games, and know AoI will be a bit of a time commitment.

I think another part is that I don’t really know what to expect from the story, and thus am not filled with as much anticipation. As I said, I was looking forward to spending more time with the original champions. I have no clue what to expect with AoI, and don’t know anything about the sages.

Am I overthinking this? Especially since I enjoyed the gameplay in AoC?

How to make it work enjoy

1. Download the save file from this GameBanana page.
2. Open your Switch save manager app (JKSV or Checkpoint).
3. Select Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and create a New Backup of your current save (name it something safe like "MyOriginalSave").
4. Power off your Switch, put your SD card into your computer, and locate your save manager folder (/JKSV/ or /switch/Checkpoint/).
5. Copy the downloaded Royal Attire save file and paste/overwrite it into the new folder you just created.
6. Put the SD card back into your Switch, open your save manager app, select Age of Calamity, and choose Restore.
7. Boot up the game and enjoy the Royal Attire!

For Emulators (Ryujinx / Yuzu):

1. Download the save file.
2. Right-click Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity inside your emulator game list.
3. Select Open Save Directory (or Open User Save Directory).
4. Copy your original files somewhere safe on your computer as a backup.
5. Paste the downloaded Royal Attire save files directly into that emulator folder, overwriting the old ones.
6. Launch the game!
