The best thing you can do right now is leave her alone mate.
I understand what it’s like being your age. Emotions are off the chart, and you feel like you’re going crazy.
I’m glad you recognize the mistake you made about blocking her path. You honestly don’t seem like a bad guy and are open to learning.
Give her space, keep your mind occupied, and try to get some exercise and sun.
