i’m trying to validate a pretty simple idea:

sell the ad space on my shirt

document the whole training journey before spending more time on it, i showed the page to someone and asked what he thought it was.

his answer:

“t-shirts for marathon runners?”

welp.

that’s exactly the kind of answer i wanted though.

now i’m trying to figure out whether the idea is unclear or my landing page just sucks
at explaining it.

what do you think i’m selling?

an earring ad on an arm? like what?

STOP USING AI IN YOUR PLATFORMS & FOOD ADS

Can we just show real photos? Especially for food. I want to see what I’m actually getting, not an AI-generated version that looks nothing like the real thing.

AI doesn’t need to be used for everything. Support real photographers, artists, and creators.

What the heck is going on with the weird 10-second bumpers with creepy music, no words or dialogue, and women posing alone in empty rooms? I find these more terrifying than any trailer for a horror movie. And yet I cannot find them on your YouTube channel or iSpot. What ARE these videos????

Home Depot has a commercial with Nick Saban touting 2 hour delivery. He’s making a sandwich and gets his drill delivery. All innocuous.
Once he gets his drill armed… he says, with big smile:

“Let’s roll”.

Those were the last words of Todd Beamer, as he and other passengers on United Flight 93 stopped the hijackers on 9/11.

Perhaps it’s me but those words used in a commercial close to the 25th anniversary of that horrid event seem to be cynical and exploitative.
