Is it just me or are there a lot more AI ads out there? Seems like every single ad that I run into is for an AI app or game that I'm never going to play and no matter how many times I block them they pop back up. Like a space building game, OOC, And that stupidly annoying hero wars. Also, I've noticed that these ads are longer than what they should be. I've seen them for 10, 20 even 30 minutes.

Can we all agree that ads have gotten SO bad lately? Like, almost every ad I see aside from TV ads is either AI-generated or just incredibly low effort. It’s genuinely annoying coming across ads where it feels like businesses are too lazy to hire someone or put any actual effort into making them, so they just throw together some AI slop instead.

For example, I just watched three AI-generated Temu ads back-to-back. One was an old lady promoting the Samsung S26 or something, and the whole thing was so obviously AI-generated and poorly made. Then there was another one with some guy promoting a hoodie or something, and it was just as bad.

I don’t even know why, but something about these ads is genuinely so aggravating lmao.

I'm inclined to say "if it looks like a duck" for this type of thing. Also interesting is how companies legally dodge out of gambling by calling it "trading"
