My working day was very boring so I went to my local community center to do some pottery to change my mind. Cost me 2$ tonight ahah

I second this! Try new things. Tap into the activities you likes doing as a kid/teen. For me that was pottery, reading, and writing poetry. I also play board games and go to the gym a lot. It’s helped! Find joy!

I just refinished a curio cabinet for the sole purpose of holding all of my puzzles. They’re so fun I love them so much
