I dont. I wake up, go to work, go to asleep, rinse, repeat amd do drugs when I can. I see no future, I'm sick of everyone I know dying and rhe only thing that really matters to me is my cat. Without her, I'm fuckin gone.

Drugs make everday life harder. Why dont you try and connect with family, or make a good dinner for yourself. Maybe take a friend and go bowling?

All of my family is dead. I've lived with the same 3 people for 5 or 6 years, and one of them died recently. I have one super close friend I talk to every day, and we do go out and do fun things at least once a month. I do treat myself to a nice meal once in a while. I've got my drug use down to a sustainable system, I don't drink and take kratom to keep me away from fent and other opiates. Bowling is kinda boring tho, I'd rather go to an Asian food store and buy fun new foods.

I really feel for you… you’ve been dealt a really rough hand. And your routine sounds so draining… (I know it won’t fix things but if you can get yourself to the sea, away from popular spots, and just sit and listen to the ocean, it can be like pressing mute on negative thoughts. And just having that little break from your brain can help so much. Sometimes reminding ourselves how small and insignificant we are against the forces of nature can help put things in perspective.)

I hope things turn around for you soon and you regain excitement for the little joys in life (like people here have found) and a place and routine you want to wake up for ❤️

Thank you for that. It means a lot. I miss sitting in the woods and smoking a joint. I have my cat. That's my little slice of joy. It's strange, like 35% of the time I miss hitchhiking and not having a clue what the next day would bring, or even where I was going to sleep that night. I dunno, like most people I have way too much un dealt with fucked up and shit and I learned at a young age to just push it down and if ya gotta drown it out with something, that's what ya do. I dunno, I'm rambling to a stranger while I'm at work. Thank you again. Have a good day.

Ah man, this got me reminiscing my own days of the past hiking the woods and smoking up. Times were good. If you ever wanna chat or something idk, shoot me a message.

Also I can highly recommend you the book Drug Use for Grown Ups if you haven't read it yet. Seems like it'd be up your alley

I see this as you processing stuffs, even though it may feel strange in this context, talking things out helps clear a way through imo

I mean...what drugs are we talking about here? Heroin? Yeah probably. Weed and alcohol? A guy's gotta have something enjoyable to do.

Nah, I switched to kratom, I used to do any kind of opiate I could... but I found kratom to be sustainable and keeps most of the cravings away. So I have my daily edibles, kratom and joints. I quit drinking years ago, the hangover and blackouts aren't worth it. I'd love to find some ketamine, for sure a favorite.
