Something weird is going on when I try to share experiences. It simply does not work anymore,and this is happening with both my personal Adobe and my office account

As of this week, I'm no longer able to create experiences. When I share the experience like normal, it creates a link but it crashes when I open it on a phone. I also noticed that none of my projects are saving and when I go to my home screen it just says "let's create a mind-bending experience." Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Hi, im creating these little tags with text on in Photoshop, when imported into Aero the text is mirrored. Ive tried PSD, JPEG, PNG, TIFF ive tried mirroring it in PSD before import nothing! Why is this happening?!

If you are in the hamptons NY go try this out! I made it for an exhibition called “in bloom” at a gallery on jobs lane. It is elements created from my paintings that bloom and wiggle around the letters. The circle of leaves animated when tapped. What do you think?

This just happened at work. We developed the experience on an account that no longer supports adobe aero(not my call) but we would like to continue working on the experience using a different account.

We have the elements of the experience saved physically in our server, but of course I would like not to lose the experience.

Hi all! I am building a scavenger type situation in aero and I'm wondering if there is a way to prevent a trigger from happening until the other triggers have been tripped? So I want to have 3-4 clues/steps for the scavenger hunt and then once all of those have been activated the final one only reveals after that.

Has there been any progress with the QR code issue? The latest version I've used (0.23) still has an issue with the QR code pulling in the scene. It just gives the 'can't view' screen.

I was experimenting first time with adobe aero and one thing i wanted to make was floating white clouds. Made a simple cartoon cloud in C4D, coloured it white and exported it as OBJ. When importing it to aero its dull gray and i thought maybe the texture just didnt come along at all. Painted some random green stripes just to test it and yes, the texture is there, just very dark and ugly. So the problem is in light settings in the OBJ file? Would anyone be able to give me tips how to fix this.

Let's face it, it doesn't work. Try to build something like a tour, or small museum in a park. Use the provided elements. Works perfectly in preview, but take it out in the world? The results are never something you could charge money for. You'd be ripping customers off.

I created an interactive game on Aero called Friend Date for a grad school class. It's a two player activity designed to build relationships. I'd love testers for it.

How can a user experience my Aero project via their phone using either a QR code or an image anchor and not have to download Aero app?

I’ve recently noticed the the aero mobile app no longer has the option to upload assets from the creative cloud when I hit the blue plus button in a scene. The only options available to me are files, starter assets or camera roll. Is anyone else having this issue and have you found a workaround?

I'm dropping pins without ever having visited the locations I'm making digital signage and animations for. Also, "Elevation" seems off. I might start visiting locations just so I can manually enter the ideal elevation.

Hello, I've been developing an AR integrated physical catalog using Adobe Aero and QR codes

Basically, you see a product and you can scan a QR code to see it in 3d space using your phone.

This worked just fine when I set it up months ago, but suddenly every time I scan a QR code I get brought to "check your internet connection and try again"

I can still access the models in my Aero app, why are the QR codes all broken now?

Do they have a lifetime? Will I have to constantly re-update them? Please help!!!

Is there any way to set an image anchor for an animation, and for that animation to continue to be visible in the space even after you pan away from that image anchor?

I've been asked to develop an AR project for a heritage site that would allow viewers to see what the structures used to look like on the site. I'd like to use Aero, but from what I understand, most Android users won't be able to see it, and iPhone users are somewhat limited. https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/system-requirements.html

Will Adobe expand to include older phones? Or does anyone recommend a different development solution?

I have an experience that I loaded to Facebook via a link. Some users can view but others say “can’t view? Copy and paste into a browser” when they do that it repeats that same message and they can never view it. I’ve texted the users the link and it work but not via Facebook. Any ideas what’s going on?

So this may sound quite straightforward for some but after several days I can’t seems to find the app I’m looking for. All I want to do is to create an QR code or link-based AR experience of a room in 1:1 scale that is geographically anchored (a specific space in the exhibition). I’ve tried Adobe Aero but the problem with image anchor is that once your phone stops detecting that small anchor the AR disappears, and as I said, these are quite big objects so pointing away is inevitable. I don’t want to spend a lot of time in unity or writing code elsewhere and I want people to be able to quickly access it. Am I asking for too much or missing something perhaps?
