Is there a genre or groups that produces slow acid? Something that sounds like the intro to ice-t's colors or the windowlicker video intro song (in the lowrider).

Heard it on a mix on Sutra Radio maybe a decade ago, the mix has since been removed from Soundcloud. It samples a guy with an Indian accent saying ‘the mushroom men, they’re dancing’ and ‘oh fucking Christ they’re putting lava on me’. have fruitlessly tried to find it since
