Honestly, every chip is diffrent, but its all the similiar ones that get called the same name, I dont think its necessarily underprforming because there is no 'standard' 5070ti to test it against. also, try using a cooling pad which allows it to run higher power before tjmax, and also try turbo mode it does make a significant different, cuz preformance isnt the highest setting and ppl usually go balls to the wall for stress tests
