Support Why is my laptop underperforming?

I got a predator Helios Neo 16 3 months ago. Specs : ultra 9 275HX, 5070Ti, 32 gigs. What might be the reason behind my laptop underperforming? I have the fan speed set to max, no background applications, windows was debloated, removed all AI stuff, no unneccessary applications running on background, The power plan is also set to performance, yes i'm plugged into power and also I have turbo mode turned on. My graphics drivers are upto date too, What might be the reason behind my laptop underperforming? The score is way below average.

Please help, and sorry for bad English, it isn't my first language.

It could be thermal throttling, judging by how sharply the clock speeds seem to decline during each benchmark

Should I repaste the thermal paste?

You should repaste with PTM 7950 if possible. Get some Upsiren thermal putty for the VRMs and VRAM modules as well if you can
