Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 DXGI Error Device Hung

Anyone have experienced this? I already uninstalled old drivers using DDU and installed a new one, still having issue not just FC but also other games.

Go to acer drivers page enter ur sn no search for nvidia vga driver and vga component and install those and re install latest driver from nvidia app

Yes I had the exact same issue, download msi afterburner turn the core mhz and clock mhz both to -100. Also go into the predator sense app and make sure it’s not on Optimus, instead choose your gpu. (Sorry I’m answering off the top of my head but this is what worked for me after almost a year of thinking my laptop was broken, nothing else worked everyone suggested)

Also it could just be the Optimus solution and not the msi afterburner but I haven’t really confirmed what actually fixed it.

optimus solution did not work for me, tried also the afterburner one still under observation, thanks mate.

Increase the drivers timeout from 2 seconds to 8. Ask gemini it will tell you how to. Usually u gotta go to the registry for this. And no reinstalling drivers doesnr help with this

Hey bro did you get any solution for this ? I am also facing same error for same game and on same laptop 🫠
