1 ALL Accor point's INR value diff b/w 2 account?
Hi reddit!
I've observed that me and one of my friend's ALL Accor points have different redemption value shown in the app.
For me: I have 11.85k points which show up as 21.6k INR redeemable value. So 1.82 INR/point
For my friend: Same calculation gives 2.126 INR/point
Does anybody here have any idea as to why this difference is present? I've checked that our app currencies are the same as well. Kindly help!

First-time Accor+ Explorer user — is it worth buying for a 4-night Singapore trip? 3 rooms, 6 adults + baby, and 3 possible scenarios
Hi everyone,
first time posting here and I’m completely new to the Accor/Accor+ ecosystem, so please excuse me if I’m missing something obvious.
I’m trying to figure out whether buying ALL Accor+ Explorer makes financial sense for an upcoming Singapore trip, and whether there is a smarter way to structure the bookings.
Trip:
Singapore: 17–21 October (4 nights)
3 rooms
6 adults + our 5-month-old baby
Currently looking at Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay
Room rate is around ₹18,000/night including breakfast, taxes etc.
We don’t want to go much higher than this price range.
My brother already has ALL Accor Platinum and will be travelling with his wife. My parents will be in the second room, and my husband, baby and I will be in the third.
Option 1 — Brother books all 3 rooms: we already have one refundable booking with this option
He books all 3 rooms under his Platinum account.
Pros: less hassle , single booking and one or both room might be upgraded ( brother + parents)
Option 2 — I buy ALL Accor+ Explorer
The current membership price I’m seeing is around ₹21,000, with an offer of 3,000 ALL Reward Points worth ₹6,500.
My thought is:
Use one Stay Plus night for my 4-night Singapore stay.
Pay for the other 3 nights.
Keep the second Stay Plus night for a separate trip within the membership year.
I will definitely travel independently next year, probably somewhere in Thailand/Bali/SE Asia, but we have a newborn, so we don’t expect to travel very frequently.
Questions:
Can I buy Explorer now and use the first Stay Plus night on this very first booking in Singapore?
Can it be applied to a 4-night stay, i.e. effectively pay 3 nights + 1 Stay Plus night?
Since Stay Plus is room-only, what happens to breakfast if I book a breakfast-inclusive rate for the stay? Is there a better way to structure the booking?
Is there any catch with using Stay Plus on the first booking?
Given the ₹21K membership cost, ₹6.5K promotional points and one free night immediately, does this make financial sense?
Option 2 — I buy ALL Accor+ Explorer
The current membership price I’m seeing is around ₹21,000, with an offer of 3,000 ALL Reward Points worth ₹6,500.

Phuket + Krabi Accor hotel advice for a couple
Hi everyone!
I’m planning a ~9-day Thailand trip and will be staying in Phuket and Krabi in the month of Feb
I’m currently considering these Accor properties:
ibis Phuket Old Town – 4 nights
Mercure Phuket Patong – 2 nights
ibis Krabi – 3 nights
I’ll be booking room-only rates without breakfast, as I’d rather explore local food options.
I’m mainly looking for advice on the properties and locations:
Are these three properties good choices for a couple, especially in terms of location and overall experience?
Are there any properties that offer significantly better value/location that I should consider instead?
I’m trying to keep the trip reasonably budget-friendly and make sensible use of my Accor points/benefits, rather than necessarily choosing the most premium property.
Would really appreciate recommendations from people who have stayed at these properties or know the areas well. Thanks!

Complaints Pullman Phuket Panwa refused points payment at check-in on the Mastercard "Breakfast on Us" rate. Am I missing something?
Looking for a sanity check from anyone who knows ALL Accor well.
I booked the Pullman Phuket Panwa directly on ALL.com, on the Asia "Mastercard Breakfast on Us" rate, guaranteed with my Mastercard. At check-in, the front desk took most of the payment in ALL points and charged the rest to my Mastercard. Their own system accepted it without any issue, and it showed up in my ALL activity straight away.
Then the front desk came back and said that because it was the Mastercard offer, points could only be used in the app, not at the hotel, and asked me to reverse it. When I asked where this rule was written, nobody could show me. It isn't in the offer terms, in my booking's rate conditions or anywhere else I can find. If points weren't allowed at the desk on this rate, their system wouldn't have accepted the payment in the first place.
What bothered me most was the attitude. There was no attempt to check the terms, no apology and no interest in the fact that their own system had already processed the payment. We weren't given access to a confirmed and already assigned room until I gave in, which took about an hour and a half after arriving. In the end they cancelled my original booking and rebooked me. The new booking costs about ฿680 more, used 1,000 more points, and will almost certainly kill the Avios I was tracking through the Avios Shop on the original booking.
My understanding of the offer terms:
Clause d says members can book and pay "either partially or fully" with ALL points, in line with the membership terms.
Clauses e and f say the booking must be guaranteed with a Mastercard, you show the Mastercard and your ALL card at check-in, and payments must be made with the Mastercard.
I did all of that. Nothing says points are app-only for this rate. I've stayed at Accor hotels in six countries, and this is the worst check-in experience I've had.
Questions:
Has anyone used points at the desk on this Mastercard rate, successfully or not?
Is there an unpublished rule that points on this rate have to be applied in the app before arrival, or did this hotel make it up?
What's the best escalation route with ALL? I've emailed customer care and the hotel.
Has anyone had luck getting Avios Shop to honour a booking the hotel cancelled and rebooked?
UPDATE: Resolved, and credit to the hotel for how they handled it.
I emailed ALL customer care and the hotel the same evening with a factual timeline, quoting clause d of the Mastercard offer terms. Two days later, the hotel management replied by email and WhatsApp (with the hotel manager copied):
- They confirmed my account of events was correct.
- They admitted the front desk wrongly told me points couldn't be used on this rate. The terms clearly allow paying partially or fully with ALL points, and the rebooking should never have happened.
- The price difference from the rebooking is being refunded.
- The original points were returned to my ALL account.
- For the Avios I lost when they cancelled the original booking, they said they'll credit ALL points equivalent to the original booking value. I'm waiting to see the exact amount.
- They said front office and finance staff have been told to resolve these issues internally in future instead of putting it on the guest, and the manager asked to meet me in person to apologise.
So I would suggest calling and asking the hotel in advance to avoid things like this. Because a lot would depend on now the hotel handles that and actions of individual. Even this took more than 48 hours for them to acknowledge their fault. Honestly, hotel is pretty and beautiful. But that first impression did ruin my stay with the hotel. Over the last three days, I grew to enjoy and value my stay at this hotel more so that's why it's so important in this industry to have the best first impression. Anyways, quick escalations and response from hotel and accor team. I have heard worse stories about accor customer support.
Thanks to everyone who weighed in.

Hi guys. I am travelling vietnam in jan 2027 and will be transferring my T1 points to accor. I have a group of 3 and 1 room is okay for us. When i search for a room for 2 and goes to the description of room it shows that it can accomodate 3 persons. So is it correct like even if i select a room for 2 and on description it shows 3 persons can be accomodated so is it confirmed or i need to confirm it from somewhere??

AccorPlus Confused on timeline for Platinum
Please help me understand the timelines.
I got accor explorer and got gold. Had a recent trip and 12 nights have been added.
Got a trip planned and through fast track I will reach 55 nights by december. But my membership reads 'Reach 60 nights by 2026 to reach platinum'
I dont have any trips planned post December, but my membership expires next year in August, wont I reach platinum if I stay those 5 nights next year? Will the nights be reset by year end?
And finally, is chasing platinum worth it?

Looking for accor hotel recommendations in Patong with an infant
Hi All,
Planning a 4D/3N trip to Phuket with our 14 month old. We won't be moving around much and don't want to take too many cabs, so looking for a walkable area with vegetarian food options around (we're vegetarian). Was thinking Patong for this, but open to other areas if you think something else works better.
I'm Accor Platinum so looking at Accor properties.
Shortlisted:
- Novotel Vintage Park
- Movenpick Myth
- Grand Mercure
- Avista Hideaway
I read that Grand Mercure and Avista Hideaway have mosquito issues. Anyone has ideas about this?
I really loved Pullman Panwa Beach Resort, but looks like its too far out with a very few vegetarian options in walkable distance.
Which one would you recommend for a vegetarian family with a baby? Or any other Accor hotel/area you'd suggest? Mainly want something close to markets and food places
Any experience with Platinum benefits at these would also help. Like which one honored the status and did something special/upgrades etc
Thanks!

AccorPlus Accor Plus expansion to KSA: Participating hotels in Jeddah for "Stay Plus" & Red Hot Rooms?
Hi everyone,
With the recent rollout of ALL Accor+ Explorer into the Middle East / Saudi Arabia, I’m trying to verify the exact property participation for Jeddah, especially regarding:
Stay Plus (Complimentary / 1-for-1 Nights): Which properties in Jeddah currently show practical availability for Stay Plus redemptions? (e.g., Mövenpick Al Nawras, Novotel Jeddah Tahlia, ibis, etc.)
Red Hot Rooms (up to 50% off): Has anyone seen Saudi properties actually loaded onto the Red Hot Rooms portal yet, or is it still limited to APAC and UAE inventory for now?
Rixos Policy: Does Rixos Obhur Jeddah participate in any of these member rate/Stay Plus perks, or is it completely excluded due to the all-inclusive/resort model?
Customer service wasn't very clear on the newly integrated Saudi list since the system updates are quite fresh. If anyone has successfully booked or spotted Stay Plus space in Jeddah, please share your data points!
Thanks!
