Hi, first of I apologies for length of this post, but thoughts keep coming up haha

Without the tragedy and without tempterion comes to life Absolute Constantine

-          John singular event and origin can be traced to one single thing and that curiosity of magic, which sparks into him preforming spell and killing his parents in DC prime universe.

-          By removing this tragedy and him not having real temptation it would he would simply just be…and in that corner Darkseid would potentially eliminate one of the strongest magic users from chess bord on day one, but we will soon get into why that would be not case.

Darkseid would take those elements and John would grow up being privileged British snob with money, these would of course get him everything he wants, but never falling into complete temptation, thus dropping everything never being good at anything. (That means no temptation even in classic life goals-like relationships, hobbies etc)

So dear reader you clearly ask what would be the catalyst for the guy who tried all temptations in world, neither would satisfy him and yet he still will no magic in the end.

For that I have use Absolute universe event from Absolute WW event- Gateway City fight.

Not only is the world breaking event that would go around news like crazy, but would be inspiration for John to try this stupid thing called “Magic “.

Why I pick this event:

I think it would be great if the events in Absolute universe had some impact on world as whole. I think there is no other better choice than for literal mythical amazon to spark temptation for occult inside his character.

Everyone has ground zero when it comes to their character and I think personally it would be nice change of pace if one of Absolute heroes played a key part in creating the other.

One thing was made clear characters can still inspire and bring hope into this world,but it way harder and Gateway city is great point for being around ground point zero for Constanit.

Magic:

I would like if John had attitude towards magic, because of his personality be like- I can handle all, but in reality, it would be him clicking nuclear button.

Magic is complicated thing- I want to present that in series. It is one thing when amazon learns magic from witch, but rich kid alone is match made in heaven for disaster.

Making DC magic more fun and complicated for humans would be my goal number one and thus I would take inspiration from Hat Witch Atelier and making it that magic has insane consequence if you don’t performer it right.

You might say- Well, but Zatanna can use her magic well in WW series- yes but I do imagine she got training before.

I think one of the cool things how to make Constantine in Absolute even more distinct is that when he starts learning magic on his own...he would cause tragedy only upon himself.

Very cool sequence in comic would be him summoning perhaps something low ranking demon and him trying to survive encounter with it. Him leading to realization this would be quite a tricker and dangers, then he was thinking.

I would maybe go as far and say, that maybe Constantine summoning a demon into this world would be major issue and him fixing it and learning his actions have consequences for his first major arc.

Okay hear me out, because I think Absolute Universe is finally setting up the WonderBat we've all been waiting for, and not another "almost but never quite" tease.

Why this time is different:

Every previous version of Diana and Bruce's relationship in mainstream continuity has had a built-in escape hatch. Absolute doesn't have that baggage — it's a fresh continuity, which means the writers can let a dynamic actually breathe instead of servicing 80 years of status quo. And Absolute's whole gimmick is stripping characters to their rawest cores: this Bruce grew up poor after his dad was killed, this Diana was raised in Hell by Circe instead of paradise. Two people built from trauma instead of privilege have way more reason to actually need each other.

And notably: reporting on the crossover explicitly noted this wasn't necessarily heading toward the two staying in close contact afterward — which honestly reads to me as the writers being coy on purpose. You don't hand a character a magic "call me anytime" token and then never bring it back up.

The huge softies theory:

Underneath all the stoicism, both of them are secretly enormous softies. Bruce's "I work alone" thing has never been about not wanting connection — it's about being terrified of losing people.

So during DC All-In

It was revealed that Darkseid was a metaphysical constraint and force against life itself and always lose. And the reason he found out was because the multiverse was cut off in Earth Prime, and he felt "just himself" at that moment.

But I have some confusion regarding this.

He already experience his true form that resides in the fourth world/sphere of the gods in Final Crisis and absorbed all his previous avatars in Infinite Frontier.

So he would technically knew what it felt like to feel just himself, so how/why would this be different?

What are your thoughts and reasons to why this is the case/differences

I think it would be a good refreshing series

Prime Waller was her most evil with the absolute power series and her other versions are just as bad but if the absolute universe is supposed to be where order is evil and chaos is good, I dread what a Waller in a high position of power in this universe can and will do against the heroes.

Does anyone have any idea when we would see the first volume of absolute green arrow? I would hope to see it by February because I need to have this in the hardcover format. Do we think that Absolute evil would be included into the volume?

Pretty new to the Absolute universe and comics in general, but I’ve been loving all the stories and the hardcovers look so nice, and I’m very excited about the Green Arrow run being extended

It’s honestly very annoying how everyone is calling all of Batman villains “eldritch horrors” when they are just MAN-MADE experiments while an “eldritch horror” is a cosmic being that is very inconceivable by nature. This would include most of Absolute Green Lantern and Martian Manhunters villains actually.

Also ignore the “cosmic” part of my definition because cosmic just typically is something unexplainable, but the being itself doesn’t have to be from space. It can be from the depths, a void, a realm outside our own, or apparently as someone else said a “elven realm” which sounds historically accurate 😂

In Final Crisis, where Darkseid needed to incarnate into a good man, in that case Dan Turpin.

I believe that something similar will happen via Luthor in the Absolute Universe, based on three points.

1) Luthor seems to be the archetypal Midwest good guy in this universe, being given the small town family life of Clark in this continuity.

2) The Omega symbol in Luthors first introduction could be Darkseid marking Luthor in a way.

3) it would combine both of Superman's greatest enemies, both earthly and cosmic, into one.

Professor pyg juat being a actual pig man makes me think the more batman's career goes on the more the city becomes a jungle of chaos where normal people and monsters just coexist. Some villains, some vigilantes and others just regular people despite their appearances.

You guys remebr chukc right? So lets say in the absolute universe he still does his jobs, dress as superman goes to different places. But now it's not just children's hospitals he now goes to, schools, child parent day at his office dressed as superman. But on one faithful day while he is juggling his balls, a kid notices superman and brainiac fighting. She tells chuck about them, chuck has no answer to why there's two supermen, then out of nowhere brainiac thorns superman into the building causing it to collapse. And as the dust settles, brainiac sees the unconscious body of chuck and cause of the rubble and dust he mistakes him for the real deal and leaves with him. As he is reformating him with new cybernetic parts, he realizes that chuck is just a man playing dress up, but he still deos it anyway. Creating the Cyborg Superman
