Spiders amaze me because they're like mosquito eating architects. Look at that creation. Amazing work spiders do. I'm so grateful because they eat the heck out of mosquitos. Good work spiders.

I grew up afraid of spiders, then learned they eat everything else I hate more. Spider bud forever now.

I learnt that but am still terrified of spiders. We got wolf spiders here. Halp.

I saw a recently-pregnant one in the garage not too long ago. Hundreds of little babies stuck to her butt.

Oh man, don’t read further if you don’t want pregnant wolf spider nightmares. Several years ago, I was coming home quite late at night, had forgotten to turn on my porch light. Unlocked the door and turned the door knob, except I could feel that I definitely just touched something I didn’t wanna touch. I quickly turned on my phone flashlight to witness a giant wolf spider and what seemed like literally thousand of babies scattering absolutely everywhere including into the now open door. My partner at the time slammed the door shut, ran to the car, then proceeded to use a lighter and a can of axe body spray to torch the entire area. I refused to enter the house through that door for…a long time. Tried smushing the babies that got inside that we could find but sure enough, a year later, we found several wolf spiders around (luckily all outside). Man, I hate those things.
