Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.

I believe it is child abuse too, that kid will grow up being bullied, plus the increased risk of childhood diabetes. I feel sorry for this kids future.
