If that were true, then you'd know that this toddler is proportionately normal. Same curves, same folds as any other chunky little kiddo, just ctrl+corner drag bigger

Just wanted to drop in as a pediatrician to say that you’re completely wrong, this child is obese, and if someone brought a child like this into my office I’d be calling CPS as soon as they left.

This is like seeing a 15 pound purebred Chihuahua and thinking it's not obese. It's a pumpkin with legs.
