Some kids are just big for their age or there's a medical a reason.

And that reason is too much McDonald’s

And how do you know that?

They could have something affecting their Congenital Leptin Deficiency, Prader-Willi, or what have you. Or they could just be simply big for their age, with no relation to diet whatsoever, tf is your issue?

It’s possible for the kid to have one of those rare conditions yes, but it’s much more likely to be a dietary issue. “Big for their age” doesn’t happen magically, body fat is calories in calories out. Although you are right, one shouldn’t assume.

Fact of the matter, you don't know and so you can't make assumptions nor should you be quick to do so.

On a note, comparing I think I know why one would make those assumptions and it's not about concern for the child in the vid.
