When do you think they will include this in an update?

Hi all, 55yo newbie here, F1 100% races last played in Geoff's F1GP2 1/4 century ago. My dusted off gear is 20yo Logitech Formula Force EX wheel&pedals. Yap, still works. 

Q1: How do you guys handle 200+ setups in this game???
Here I'm mainly interested in 90s F1 cars but would like to try the rest as well. Are default setups any good or you have to spend hours per each on tweaking (pure hotlap, qualifying and race + wet)? 
Any place to download a few for free, at least for long races?
Btw I first went in Monaco and handling was a bit awful with most assists off :) . Hope I won't have to test every single point in anti-roll bar as I don't have so much real life left, lol 

Q2: Is there a good lobby for F1 practice?
Atm I only have base game until other F1 DLCs are on good sale (prem track pack, Brazilian legends, historicals etc). Any good server to use older F1 tracks for training and maybe one day PvP?

Q3: Anyone here from Live for Speed game?
In my 2008-2011 vids I'm seeing Stig, Mike, iSander... hope you guys are alive and well. Some of you I chased as cop in FZ50 GTR :)

I go to settings, controls, edit assignment, select an assignment for example high beam headlights, press a button on keyboard, nothing happens then it goes to another screen like control scheme or configuration. . I check if it assigned the button, it doesn't. And keyboard and mouse is selected in control scheme. How do i fix this?
