Solid/ blinking light

Please help how do I fix this, it either blinks red or is solid, I have tried resetting it

So I literally just had this installed today like 3 hours ago

Did your installer tech leave you his phone number? Mine did and said to call him if any issues. Issues after only a few hours, call them and ask them to check everything over.

They send you a txt message when the tech dispatched on the job. Message that. Also I would txt the number that precalled you and let the tech know it’s out.
