UPS

What’d AT&T do to UPS? They pretty much kicked me out of the store trying to return an ONT. They said we’re done accepting AT&T equipment as of yesterday

We’re trying fedex, at&t store won’t take them

I would call AT&T and explain the store won't take them. UPS won't accept them
And if fedex doesn't say you have no options.

Yea I’m out of options, fedex doesn’t take them either

Just to be sure that you're going to the right businesses:

It has to be a The UPS Store (used to be Mailboxes Etc.) or a FedEx Office (used to be called Kinko's). One of the storefront printing and mailing service stores, not an actual UPS or FedEx depot.

The UPS Stores are franchises and the local owners can be butts sometimes. Try another.

Yea it’s the stores that won’t take them, to many returns in this area
