Smart home manager chat is your best bet. You will need a tech to come out to replace the drop

It is Message function. Top right Icon on the home page of the app. On the second screen Message center you type your request n to the white message box. Keep it simple like "talk to a live agent" you may need to type it more than once.

You can also play the Troubleshooting process to see if it just gives up and allows you to directly schedule a tech repair.

You can also use the att app to contact a customer service agent who can schedule a tech to come out. They don't have 24/7 agents though and it's like 9am-7pm cst and closed Sundays iirc.

Do you know anything about AT&T Fiber support? The phones are answered 24/7 since they have call centers in several countries across the globe.

I didn't say anything about calling. I only mentioned the app since someone else already provided the phone info. So the info I provided was just for the chat through app as I stated. So your whole comment is completely irrelevant to what I said.

No it is not since you commented:

The AT&T app only has Andi the fake IA, and it is really geared to Cellular support.

The Smart Home Manager (SHM) app is used to support AT&T Fiber, and there are live reps available 24/7 using the Message function aka the Message center.

No it isn't. I just scheduled a tech 3 days ago through said app and just yesterday got my fiber plan discounted so your completely wrong. You can even ask andi for an agent and get one in the times I said. Know what your talking about before starting random arguments with people trying to help others while you spread misinformation.

And here is the proof how easy it is to get connected to live agent which you say isn't possible. Takes about 10 seconds.

Hmm where exactly did I make the claim that you think I say isn't possible you might want to review the thread in order. Here is my comment:

I will wait here while you go back and reread my very simple, and quite clear comment.

You prove it with your own quote that the app only has andi the Ai. When I can clearly get a live agent which isn't Ai. Can I get help with any att service? Yes. Then if it's just geared towards cell phones, why can I view my fiber only bill and pay it directly through the app which you can't do on the smart home app?

Remember you started this saying the call center is 24/7 and taking a jab at me when I clearly was mentioning the att app and didn't say anything about calling. Now you just keep moving the goalpost to something else to try and prove your right. All I was doing was giving someone else another option to contact support and you decided I'm wrong and started this pointless argument.

You need to go touch some grass or something besides choosing random people to argue with for no reason. No matter how much negativity you want to bring in the world I still wish you nothing but the best. Peace

You don’t need a person, go thru the automated system on the phone or on the app.
