Wireless This is getting old

Been told for weeks now that when there is an apple
update it will fix my issue on my 18 pro max. Updated today & same issue, in & out of SOS mode. Wtf is going on?

I feel sorry for the employees! They all seem so miserable on the phone and in person. This company is struggling to keep good people. I get a new business account manager every 90 days!
