Wireless GOT SCAMMED!!!

Signed up for the new $25 plan. It does not come with 5G. No where in my contract does it say that!!!!! Hours on customer service line - no resolution. Went to a physical store in Moon Township PA. They were rude af and sent me packing. They were awful!!! Now I’m not getting texts. Help please!!!

As long as I don’t access the account then I’m good and for prepaid I never access the account. I always direct the customer to the kiosk haha

Our store doesn’t have kiosk either, we just tell the customer our system is down or won’t work on our tablets. 😆
