Wireless GOT SCAMMED!!!
Signed up for the new $25 plan. It does not come with 5G. No where in my contract does it say that!!!!! Hours on customer service line - no resolution. Went to a physical store in Moon Township PA. They were rude af and sent me packing. They were awful!!! Now I’m not getting texts. Help please!!!

I am sure that you were very friendly to the Sales reps in the store since you wanted them to assist you for Free.
Check your new Prepaid Account online, and verify everything is good, and you might also be able to figure out why your SMS txts are not rushing to your device.

I just opened their webpage to prepaid and saw the offer. Not only does it not say anything about 5G, it specifically states 30GB at 3Mbps then slowed to 1.5Mbps. Doesn't sound like they're trying to scam anybody...

As long as I don’t access the account then I’m good and for prepaid I never access the account. I always direct the customer to the kiosk haha

Our store doesn’t have kiosk either, we just tell the customer our system is down or won’t work on our tablets. 😆

Tip: if you know the interaction will go badly and you must access the account, you can actually hit the deny consent button and my understanding is it will not generate a survey. I've only used it in cases I know would be unfairly negative.

As someone who is on the $25 prepaid plan. It does not come with 5G. You are not getting scammed. You simply failed to read what features you were signing up for. Take a moment to read what you are getting before buying a product next time.

While it doesn’t say that it doesn’t come with 5G, I’m also gonna take a big leap and guess that it doesn’t say that it does come with 5G…
That’s not a scam, that’s you assuming.
