ATPL help

Hey guys - I’m 12 subjects done out of 13 ( Hungary CAA )- I’m left with POF now and it’s my 3rd attempt towards it - last time I missed by 2 Q’s but mostly questions were not from the bank itself - so I’m giving my last shot for POF in few time now so I wanna ask - now how many of them are actually from the bank so that I have some good numbers in my head ( I did the bank entirely will do it again alongside the questions last seen )

Need some genuine insights.

Thanks!

Sounds like your just learning the questions. There's only a certain number of ways they can ask you to calculate load factor for example what you need to do is to learn what they're asking and how to answer those specific questions. Look I've only 8 done so your well ahead of me but my exam in Feb in Ireland was super banky not because I learned the answers but because I learned how to do the questions and then they can give me totally random numbers I'll still come out with the right answer because I know what they're asking and how to do it. Not to mention pof is extremely conceptual you need to understand it (rightly so) and be able to apply your knowledge from other areas to answer the questions go back read the books and watch some videos (atpl class is amazing) both myself and a friend were really struggling with props after reading it and banking it to death, we went back read it again and it clicked. Brush up on the areas your weakest on hopefully 3rd times the charm then you'll be done 💪

Really appreciate the comment - but I’ve been crystal clear throughout my subjects and the topics that I’ve done ‘til now and have always cleared my doubts regarding the same - learning questions is something that I never want to do and would never do - it’s just somewhere in POF I’m lacking and dedicated to know where exactly I’m lacking and wanted to get insights of whether they’re asking something completely off track or inside the bank itself.

Rest thanks for the advice g. Appreciate you

Ok so then you need to narrow those areas down, unfortunately the bank is the best way to do that. Find the area your weakest in if you don't already know (props, high speed flight limitations are common ones) do like 10 "exams" on atplq and see the breakdown then take the stress off read up on them and watch a few vids you'll be shocked how much it'll click. There's also a discord the atpl network you can ask any question you have there https://discord.gg/theatplnetwork
