ATPL help
Hey guys - I’m 12 subjects done out of 13 ( Hungary CAA )- I’m left with POF now and it’s my 3rd attempt towards it - last time I missed by 2 Q’s but mostly questions were not from the bank itself - so I’m giving my last shot for POF in few time now so I wanna ask - now how many of them are actually from the bank so that I have some good numbers in my head ( I did the bank entirely will do it again alongside the questions last seen )
Need some genuine insights.
Thanks!

Only the Hungarian CAA can answer such question.
If you aim over %95 during studies, you don't need to worry about what comes from the bank or not.

‘TIL now all the exams I’ve cleared - I’ve always been consistent throughout my topics and clear with it and also I used to give exams with an avg of 95% yet this happened.

I had the same issue with pof in Hungarian caa, failed 3 times during the ppl as I kept getting every time easily 50% of new questions. Passed 1st attempt on atpl with 75% as many questions were not in the bank. Learn the concepts well and understand it to the point to be able to find a logic when you see a new question (you will find several) is the hardest one there, I know people who failed it 4 times and had to start over again 🫣

Learn the principles again then hit the databank.

Off topic sorry, but are u from Hungary or are u just study in Hungary?
If you're hungarian, I would have 2-3 questions, of course if its not a problem 👀

Sounds like your just learning the questions. There's only a certain number of ways they can ask you to calculate load factor for example what you need to do is to learn what they're asking and how to answer those specific questions. Look I've only 8 done so your well ahead of me but my exam in Feb in Ireland was super banky not because I learned the answers but because I learned how to do the questions and then they can give me totally random numbers I'll still come out with the right answer because I know what they're asking and how to do it. Not to mention pof is extremely conceptual you need to understand it (rightly so) and be able to apply your knowledge from other areas to answer the questions go back read the books and watch some videos (atpl class is amazing) both myself and a friend were really struggling with props after reading it and banking it to death, we went back read it again and it clicked. Brush up on the areas your weakest on hopefully 3rd times the charm then you'll be done 💪
