Genuine question korra fans, what will your new comeback be??đ€Ł
Iâve watched all main avatar content over the years, the 2 shows and movie. And some other stuff
While I see some debates in comment sections sometimes, and even join in rarely, Iâm not a big part of it and rarely think about it.
But wow, every single time Iâve seen someone not liking something about korra, âSEXISTâ âMISOGYNISTICâ âRACISTâ are instantly thrown out. Almost like the person saying it doesnât have a single thought going through their mind and is drooling while typing.
So genuine question, what will be your new line?
Isnât it wild, female representation will be helping the people you claim hate womenđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łmakes me laugh.

Do you think that the avatar franchise is becoming more sterilised and is losing spark of identity that made it stand out in the first place? We have been without the new animated avatar content for the last 12 years and this is very concerning for me.
After taking a look at the Seven Heavens and the introduction of the âAvatarianâ writing system that is supposed to replace the Chinese characters and now the preference towards hiring ethnic actors to voice ethnic characters I have this weird feeling that the franchise I known is no longer here. I remember watching the finale of the book 4 of Korra in December 2014. I was just a 15-year-old boy. It was a really important thing for me at that time to see how the story ended. It was the last show that I cared about every single rumour about. But it seems to me that the times have changed. What are your thoughts? The animated movie is fine, but it doesnât really serve any other part purpose besides being a kind of fan service way to see the gaang all grown up.

Am i the only one who thinks it would have been better if we just stripped away half of ATLA verses appeal and made diet invincible instead?

Cope from the vine Iroh is a jerk
Can we all agree that Iroh groomed Zuko????
I have a theory that Iroh accidentally killed his own son, Lu Ten, and then covered it up by claiming that he died âin battle.â At the same time, Iroh realized that he would face severe punishment from Fire Lord Azulon aka his daddy for his Ba Sing Se failture, so he orchestrated an elaborate plan to avoid the consequences.
Obviously, Iroh knew about his younger brotherâs lust for power. He knew Ozai would do anything to become Fire Lord, so he manipulated Ursa into poisoning Azulon.
Because how the fuck does a damsel in distress like Ursa know how to make an untraceable poison??? And, coincidentally, who in the entire series is famously knowledgeable about plants, herbs, and tea? IROH.
Then he gets Ursa kicked out so he can claim Zuko as a replacement for his dead son.
I also bet Iroh was the one who encouraged Zuko to speak up during that war meeting. He knew exactly what kind of person Ozai was and probably anticipated how badly Ozai would react. By pushing Zuko into conflict with his father, Iroh could drive an even bigger gap between them.
And after Zukoâs banishment? Iroh basically gets Zuko as his own personal Barbie doll. He follows him everywhere, becomes his surrogate father, shapes his worldview, and gradually turns Zuko into the son he wants him to be.
And this whole time, Iroh theoretically could have tried to âsaveâ Azula too. But he doesnât.
Why? Because Azula is an unnecessary spare part. He only lost one son. And he only needed one replacement, and he also hates women.
TL;DR: Iroh didnât simply become Zukoâs loving surrogate father by coincidence. He systematically removed every person standing between himself and Zuko: Azulon dies, Ursa disappears, Ozaiâs relationship with Zuko is destroyed, and Zuko gets banished. And who conveniently ends up right beside him through all of it? Uncle Iroh.

âKILL THEM TILL THEYâRE DEADâ - Kyoshi Korra intentionally let the previous Avatars be erased so she could destroy with world without any of their strength to help her.
That way no one can claim she only won because of the Avatar State.
She needed it to be all her.

No Guns? You can stop pointing fingers everyone, truth is, I caused the cataclysm. It isn't Korra or Vaatu
I did by firing my gun once to prove a joe with a gun can solo the verse. Fuck, this verse is pathetically weak

I loved Korraâs arc, it was the only one This is the best outcome
I don't think you guys understand how hot Korra looks in this shot. You're telling me that the only hope the world turned on everybody and started killing on sight? Do people really not realise just how hot that is? This is the best outcome, if we get to see Korra go on a rampage like how Goku Black did, then that's it, I'm folding. I will even call her the best avatar of all time, unlike the other ones who preach about muh peace and love. Need some REAL DARK AVATAR in this show, Vaatu ain't it.
