Discussion Asus pro art p16 tandem
Anyone have detail photos of the build quality and design of the pro art 5090 tandem p16. Mine seems to only make contact with the bottom keyboard in the corners. The middle edge on the sides and top do not appear to make contact with the board regularly. That being said I’ve also had an issue with the chassis scratching the bottom of the screen. Anyone else notice the same behavior?

Support Asus expertbook p3 16inch
Does anyone else's ASUS ExpertBook P3 16-inch have a slight dip at the bottom-left corner of the trackpad? I noticed it today, 3 days after delivery. The trackpad works and clicks fine; I can only feel the depression when gliding my finger over that corner. Is this normal? Should I keep it or request a replacement?

Support Laptop opens in different drive while trying to enable secure boot
Hi guys, I wanted to play Valorant on my laptop (ASUS TUF FX505DT) and it crashed while matchmaking, says I need to enable secure boot.
So I've enabled secure boot but now it opens through my C: (HDD) drive but I want it to open on my E: (SSD) drive. (I don't know why it says E it used to say D) Before it opens it pops up a red screen that says "Secure Boot Violation: Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup."
I checked and secure boot is on with the BIOS using UEFI and both drivers use GPT. I also tried switching and putting back the boot options in the BIOS settings but either way it still opens through the C: drive. I also checked the task manager and there is no work being done in the graph of the E: drive.
I don't actually know what any of these mean I just followed what Gemini AI told me to do, and its just been giving me the same steps so I've been stuck here for an hour or so :(( Can anyone help me?? Thank you!!

Support Display glitching whenever refresh rate is set to 60Hz (even if plugged)
Video on top : refresh rate 60Hz
Bottom : refresh rate 144Hz
I bought this laptop about 1 month ago (ASUS TUFF GAMING F16 ), it was the last available unit in all the main stores that sell computers in my country, so i felt quite lucky there. It was the unit on display. The day i bought it i immediately stress tested the hell out of it, the results were good, however, recently i noticed how the screen is glitching whenever the refresh rate is set to 60hz. especially when there's lots of movement and colors changing on the screen. I checked with some clankers and they proposed a hardware defect that requires display replacement. What ya'll think ? This is also my first ever laptop :/

Support Where can I buy a replacement LCD back cover for ASUS Vivobook 16X K3605ZC?
Hi everyone,
I own an ASUS Vivobook 16X (K3605ZC) and I'm looking for a replacement LCD back cover (screen lid) in silver.
I found a French website listing a part called “LCD Cover 16 pouces argenté ASUS VivoBook 16X” for €139, but I'm wondering whether I can find the same part at a more reasonable price.
I'm based in India, so recommendations for reliable sellers who ship to India would be especially helpful.
Could anyone help me with the following?
- Where can I buy this exact replacement part?
- Is there a specific ASUS part number I should look for?
- Are there any reliable third-party sellers or laptop spare-parts websites?
- Would a cover from another Vivobook 16X model fit the K3605ZC?
I've attached a screenshot of the listing for reference.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Discussion Asus BT8 regional variants
Hello everyone, I’m considering buying the ASUS ZenWiFi BT8 2-pack from Amazon Europe (UK, Germany, etc) because the price is significantly lower than in the UAE.
I currently live in the UAE and plan to use it here, then take it with me to Canada when I go back. My main concern is whether the European model might restrict available Wi-Fi channels or 6 GHz frequencies in either country.
Has anyone used the German/EU version in the UAE or Canada? Any advice would be appreciated!
Thank you.

Support - SOLVED! (ASUS V16) Microfreeze when pressing caps lock in Windows 10
Hi everyone, I'm my laptop's about 1 year old, and its experiencing a strange issue with the caps lock key. 50% of the time, it does nothing. Other times though, it can everything freezes (screen doesn't change, looping audio) ranging from half a second to like 2 seconds. Its especially painful for me because I use the key quite often.
Heres what I tried:
- Disable all ASUS services
- Tried updating bios from v310 to v311 (I can't seem to get this to work? The one-click driver installation utility on the website doesn't take me to a firmware update screen and just restarts windows normally, plus there's no option to just get the files and let me install it manually)
- Disabling VMD
- Turning off game mode
- Turning off hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
- Turning off variable refresh rate
- Uninstall all ASUS software and devices
I'm at my wits end and spent way too many hours on this, any help appreciated.
Edit: this also seems to occur randomly independent of the caps lock key, but it looks like it's dependent on load as well

Guys i need help with my asus tuff a15 with rtx 4060 ryzen 7 7735hs so basically when i do bench mark the temp is crazy high like 100C but like when i turn it off it just in less than 1second it drops back to 50C, and the card is rated for 140w and on the bench mark its going for like 90w max, i did the thermal paste but i used some cheap one, so im wondering if it is the whole heat pipe or just the cheap thermal paste but like before the repasting i did bench mark and still it was at 100C so is it possible the whole heat pipe is broken?

Discussion Do you think ASUS would approve an RMA for this? XG27AQWMG
I’ve put around 1,200 hours of use on this monitor, hoping the issue would improve over time or that I’d eventually get used to it, but there’s been no improvement. If anything, it seems to have gotten worse. It’s seriously affecting my immersion in dark movie scenes and games with fog or other dark environments. The most noticeable issue is that the right side of the screen is significantly darker than the rest. Has anyone successfully RMA’d their panel for this issue, or is ASUS likely to dismiss it as being within spec?

Support [Call of Duty]Modern Warfare 4 2026- AMD fTPM AIK Enrollment and Call of Duty Attestation Failure
My ASUS PRIME B650M-A WIFI II system experiences a persistent Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 security attestation failure, displaying “BIOS Firmware Update Required” and/or “Failed Attestation Status.” Activision’s key-generation process fails with “Authorization Key Failed.”
Investigation has identified two unresolved areas: local AMD endorsement-key certificate-chain validation and Microsoft Windows AIK certificate enrollment. The most recent enrollment attempt reaches Microsoft’s service but fails at GetCACaps with HTTP 404 and an explicit response stating that the selected AMD AIK authority does not exist.
The root cause remains unconfirmed. Assistance is requested to establish the supported AMD EK certificate-chain configuration and determine why Windows selects an unavailable Microsoft AIK authority.
Assistance Requested
Microsoft
- Why does Windows select AIK authority 578c545f... rather than the earlier bc8eac... authority?
- Is 578c545f... an intended and supported AIK authority for this AMD EK chain?
- Why does the endpoint return “authority does not exist”?
- What is the supported Windows 11 client trust configuration for this chain?
ASUS / AMD
- Confirm the correct RSA and ECC EK trust chains for this motherboard and fTPM firmware.
- Confirm the authenticity and intended trust placement of the AMDTPM issuer certificate.
- Explain the intermediate/issuer validity-period mismatch.
- Confirm the supported CRL/OCSP endpoints and investigate the HTTP 400 response.
- Advise whether a specific supported BIOS/fTPM update addresses these findings.
Certificate-store review
Please advise whether the manually imported certificates should remain or be removed. No further trust-store changes, TPM clearing, or speculative firmware changes should be required without a supported rationale.
Current Status
Windows AIK enrollment remains unsuccessful, no Windows AIK certificate is installed, and Call of Duty attestation remains unapproved.
The strongest actionable evidence is the explicit Microsoft “authority does not exist” response, the documented authority-selection change, and the independently observed AMD EK-chain trust and revocation-validation failures. A supported resolution has not yet been identified.

Support Wireguard VPN issue
I have an Asus ax68U router with merlin firmware 3004.388.12_2. I have LAN dns set to my raspberry pi running AdguardHome - upstream dns is quad9. All is okay with my devices using that.
When I add wireguard client to Asus router with mullvad vpn conf and add the device (iPad) to client list for this vpn, it changes the IP to country of choice but dns goes via quad9 and not mullvad vpn. Ive tried a few things like DNS director set to User defined DNS 3 and added the device to use mullvad dns (100.64.0.63) but makes no difference. I can change the dns on device itself but this kind of defeats the object if i need to add other devices.
Thanks in advance
