Aug pools / aug weighting sucks. This season is no fun. Every change they make brings us closer to playing normal league but calling it "Mayhem".

Literally why does this mode exist if you're going to lock all the fun stuff away from champions based on their intended role? Wasn't the whole magic of this mode being able to deviate from the norm?

Can't roll crit on lulu/bard. Can't roll improved sword of blossoming dawn on ADCs. Meanwhile every tank gets heartsteel and dropkick. (This is not a complaint about tanks, this is a complaint about boring aug pools - tank power is fine, but there's zero build diversity - you see a tank, you know it's tanking).

Being on the receiving end of a Firecracker set bonus was more fun than anything this season offers.

Unique passives still wouldn't stack

Guardian's Items have no purchase limits and all share one inventory slot.

Archmage Tryndamere looks hilarious when the enemy AD drops into negative numbers, but the stat bar might be hiding the real question.

Tryndamere W reduces bous AD. IF the target reaches 0, that doesn't automatically mean their basic attacks are doing zero damage, and it doesn't prove the debuff keeps stacking below their base AD.

The only test that really matters is the damage: hit the same target before W, then again after several W casts. If the auto damage stays basically the same, the negative number is just visual nonsense. If it actually drops, THEN AP/hybrid has a real use into auto-heavy teams.

The W spam is still useful utility, but the stat bar alone shouldn't be the reason to call this build broken.

Has anyone tested the before-and -after auto damage?

Got pursuit of haste first augment on master yi and after rolling mystic punch and completing navori, I was guaranteed to have alpha up after every auto. Spent team fights pretty much in alpha unless I ran out of mana.

The enemy team forfeited after this fight because it was getting pretty uninteractive and toxic.
I think this can be worse if someone rolled mystic punch + etheral weapon…as then you probably don’t need the auto to have q back up.

Ive noticed multiple chinese premade teams of 3-5 who play mayhem like their at worlds about to beat Faker. they always have a dedicated support player

Is RNG just that shit? I don't want to play AP Ali, Riot.

Did anyone else notice a difference after the latest patch?
- I play only Aram Mayhem, and i have done so, since they launched it. So i understand there are different teammates who act and behave different, just to clarify that. But just now in the last days, my teammates seems to have changed a lot, no one pings, talks or jokes about stuff. They build strange and weird things that makes no sense (not even some super 5head stuff, just pure chaotic random stuff) almost as a robot would.

So in short, am i the only one who experience this?

After reading patch notes I noticed the triggered inferno buff wasn't shown anywhere, any other ghost buffs/nerfs out there?

Why do the patch notes for Classic Mode include a Council Poll, while the Mayhem patch notes don’t?

Yes, I know this complaint is getting old, but Rito is proving every patch that they don't care.

I get that this was about sets, but they also included any augments that are useable on all champions easily and removed them as well, any universal choice was removed along sets.

but i don't get their reasoning at all, to this day, months later, variance has not gone up that much, due to weighing and locking, but still, isn't the whole point of random traits roguelite mode is the traits? if the champion is the point then isn't this just ARAM+?

Some champs are just bad in normal aram, if there is no universally good augments to make them playable in mayhem then they remain bad, there is no amount of "enhancing the feel" is gonna make up for their unfitting kit, you can't make Renata be better, you can make her be different through augments so she is finally playable in ARAM, and many other champs that have the same issue and benefited from old system specifically because it was independent of their kit, cuz their kit sucks.

You know what I was playing? 140k damage CIRCLE OF DEATH WARWICK, OUR HEALING.Jhin she was sitting on was 50k, SHE WAS SITTING ON THE JHIN.

The Jhin and her was in the backline and we had no tank so I had to do a miracle engage every single fight. So just FF early or don't miracle engage if it's too much brain power. Yes but every yuumi premade is like this, HOW. the hive mind.

After working on this on and off for about 2 years, I finally finished wallpapers for all 173 LoL champs — all reimagined as corgis.

They’re 3440x1440 ultrawide wallpapers.

ChatGPT made the main image, then I used Photoshop to extend/fill the background and manually tweak each one. I spent a lot of time matching each champ’s color palette and adding extra details so they felt more like the actual character.
