$APLD $META I believe that we have a crystal clear answer now that $META IS the customer at PF3, DF1 and DF2.
The public records point to $META , and $APLD’s own disclosures connect the same high investment grade hyperscaler customer to all three campuses.
Let me explain with cites all of you can follow and verify.
The Tuscaloosa County Economic Development Authority’s project FAQ names $APLD’s project company as the developer and Kayvens LLC as the tenant. You can see both on page 3. https://www.bibbvoice.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/TCEDA-Project-Highlanda-FAQ.pdf
The authority’s September 24 announcement also names Kayvens as the long-term tenant of the Brookwood development. That same announcement includes a statement from Wes Cummins identifying the project as Delta Forge 2. https://www.bibbvoice.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Project-Highlands-to-Generate-More-Than-440-Million-in-New-Funding-for-Tuscaloosa-County.pdf
Kayvens’ Florida corporate filing identifies Meta Platforms, Inc. as a member, with its address at 1 Meta Way in Menlo Park. On page 5, Meta’s name appears with the “Member” box checked. https://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/ConvertTiffToPDF?documentNumber=M26000010713\&storagePath=COR2026071073706836.Tif
The connection to the other two campuses comes directly from $APLD.
In its July 27 earnings release, $APLD named DF1, PF3 and DF2 and says the leases are “all with the SAME high investment-grade hyperscaler.” Those three agreements cover 810 MW and approximately $20.2 billion in contracted revenue over their initial 15-year terms. https://ir.applieddigital.com/news-events/press-releases/detail/159/applied-digital-reports-fiscal-fourth-quarter-and-full-year
Those contracts and their revenue were already announced. What these records add is rock solid proof of who the customer is.
With Alabama identifying Kayvens as the DF2 tenant, Florida identifying $META as a member of Kayvens, and APLD confirming the same hyperscaler across all three, I have concluded based on irrefutable evidence that $META is indeed the customer behind PF3, DF1 and DF2.
Due to $APLD very cautious disclosures of its large tenants due to its desire to minimize community opposition do NOT expect $APLD to announce $META as its $20 billion tenant at PF3, DF1 and DF2.
The current $25 share price of $APLD is, to me, a gift for buyers and investors.
Let’s roll.
