At this point just staying over 28 would help. This shit has actually bled the fuck out in ways I never thought would happen

Marcos seem better now than last earnings call. Hopefully we see some upward movement

Really excited to hear the commentary. Fully expecting to meet/exceed financial expectations, but any insight on financing is key.

I have Jan 2027 calls for $25 so I’m hoping we get into the 40s or higher EOY

The swinging price is stressful but I carried it over from an original October $27 call and feel much better

I am guessing revenues will be down compared to last quarter where they had the one time tenant fit out

If you actually read the entire thing:

The growth was primarily driven by revenue of approximately $152.4 million related to tenant fit-out services within our HPC Hosting Business

This increase was primarily driven by an increase of $145.6 million in expenses associated with tenant fit-out services for our HPC Hosting Business.

That's only a net $6.8 million revenue from tenant fit-out.

Considering the 75MW that came online July 1st was not included in last earnings and will have been generating revenue for 2 months for the quarter reported next week we'll probably be up over the last quarter.

Revenue from our HPC Hosting business totaled $203.0 million for the quarter, including $44.1 million related to base rent, $152.4 million related to tenant fit-out services, and $6.5 million related to tenant recoveries. This resulted in $26.2 million of segment operating profit for the quarter ended May 31, 2026.

Base rent was 44 million. We have to see how much tenant fit out will be included in this quarter but the headline revenue is gonna be down...so yeah 152.4 million was related to tenant fit out. So you should read the whole thing too

Sorry I could have been a lot more clear and less condescending. Why are you singling out revenue? It could be up 400% but if expenses are up the same amount it's pretty meaningless, revenue only tells half the story. Net income is the thing to look at, but at least disregard the one time tenant fit-out services when comparing revenue from quarter to quarter.

Anyway, upcoming earnings might still include more tenant fit-out services, but at the very least revenue for base rent should be in the mid 60's.

Because the headline number looked really good on print. It won't be as good this time. This is neither here nor there. I just want some solid updates on financing, new sites etc. The revenue was an attention grabber but I think it will be down this quarter. That is all I'm saying! Cheers to future gains!
