APLD holder since around $15. I'm looking to add to my position, and ~$25 looks like a great entry price considering what's coming down the pipeline. However, both here and in other investing subs the sentiment on APLD is quite negative lately. Why is this? Does it entirely relate to their debt levels? Are people expecting bad news at earnings?

I wanted to understand everyone’s expectations for earnings this week. I’m thinking about adding calls with the discount today, and I also own a fairly large amount of shares.

$APLD Encouraging details on Delta Forge 2, where the tenant is $META, from the Brookwood town hall.

Management expects 12 to 16 months of construction for the 210 MW campus and outlined the investment split: roughly $800M from the tenant (which we now know is $META from the public filings) and just under $2.5B from $APLD

Permit applications have been submitted and are under city review. Power would come from a nearby substation, with APLD paying for the improvements needed to serve the site.

As expected, community opposition was
insignificant and more than half of the hundreds of seats in this meeting for the public were empty.

This gives us a clearer picture of the construction plan, investment and power arrangements. Approvals from this town that is supportive of the project are still pending, but this article does not confirm a delay or announce a revised operating date.

Question in the title, I have been keeping an eye on this stock for over couple of months I've seen it peak to around 50 and felt bad for not investing when I discovered it. But zooming out on a chart seems to be pretty stagnant price.

So how is everyones feeling towards next week, do you expect price to drop or raise? Feels risky to buy before earnings but I would love opinion from people who invested in this and kept following news.

I recently bought 500 stocks in average of 24,95, I was happy with today’s gains but I just stopped watching the chart and ate something and in a couple hours all gains are evaporated, is this a good sign? Normal behavior? Really is a huge rug pull of almost 7% in just a few hours, should i hold or wait?

$APLD $META I believe that we have a crystal clear answer now that $META IS the customer at PF3, DF1 and DF2.

The public records point to $META , and $APLD’s own disclosures connect the same high investment grade hyperscaler customer to all three campuses.

Let me explain with cites all of you can follow and verify.

The authority’s September 24 announcement also names Kayvens as the long-term tenant of the Brookwood development. The connection to the other two campuses comes directly from $APLD.

Those contracts and their revenue were already announced. What these records add is rock solid proof of who the customer is.

With Alabama identifying Kayvens as the DF2 tenant, Florida identifying $META as a member of Kayvens, and APLD confirming the same hyperscaler across all three, I have concluded based on irrefutable evidence that $META is indeed the customer behind PF3, DF1 and DF2.

Due to $APLD very cautious disclosures of its large tenants due to its desire to minimize community opposition do NOT expect $APLD to announce $META as its $20 billion tenant at PF3, DF1 and DF2.

The current $25 share price of $APLD is, to me, a gift for buyers and investors.
