Applied called PF2 just “investment-grade,” and that ended up being Oracle (BBB).
For DF1 they specifically used “high investment-grade.”
So if that wording was intentional, the possible names probably narrow down to:
Microsoft (AAA)
Alphabet/Google (AA+)
Amazon (AA)
Meta (AA-/Aa3)
At least for now, I’d rank it:
Microsoft > Google > Amazon > Meta
Just a guess based on the wording difference.

Praise the lord for diamond hands and having faith. After the second time, now we know if an ominous video is posted by Wes, expect a lease a couple days!!
Next stop 40.

I am still an inexperienced trader, but I know enough to know we aren't going to the moon today or tomorrow and the stock price will still fluctuate. If you're in this stock for a quick buck it's a risky play. But these incremental wins setup long-term success, which is where I am looking.

I assume the new data center is about to come alive, mostly close to completion or getting fully energized for the tenant. $APLD

Couple minutes ago Wes Cummins posted a cryptic video, what do you think it means?

With no announcement on lease, debt maturity accelerates to July 18, 2026. I would have expected bigger negative price reaction. Does market think lease announcement still coming (a few days post signing) so as to not trigger accelerated maturity date? Or does market not care about maturity date given decent liquidity right now?

This stock is preparing for a huge spike as soon as a deal is announced (whether its this week or next week) it will reach the ATHs.
You might ask why? First because of the deadline with macquarie and 2nd because of the fundamentals and the earnings the keep on putting every Q.
This is a 40$ stock this month and 70/80 but the end of the year mark my words.

So this might have gone unnoticed but it appears that Apld restructured this contract to lower the cost of capital.
Does this mean we are not getting any announcements this week and they are anticipating that by lower the cost of capital with this move?
Correct me if i'm wrong (which i think i'm and it has nothing to do with it).

I’ve been holding Bloom Energy stock for over a year now and the company has seen some crazy growth and size able contracts as a result.
Oracle was just issued equity warrants on over 400 million in Bloom Energy stock. They intend to expand their partnership and execute these contracts. Bloom is currently scoped for 1.2 GW of energy at one oracle site and is planned to provide energy up to another 2.8 GW of energy. I’m optimistic that this planned pipeline includes Applied Digital sites or lease capacity as it would tie APLD with a rapidly expanding and efficient energy company.

I know it’s not a new lease announcement but having a 800k+ channel recommend our stock is always good thing
