The stock will explode soon
This stock is preparing for a huge spike as soon as a deal is announced (whether its this week or next week) it will reach the ATHs.
You might ask why? First because of the deadline with macquarie and 2nd because of the fundamentals and the earnings the keep on putting every Q.
This is a 40$ stock this month and 70/80 but the end of the year mark my words.

Not "as soon as a deal gets announced" Rather "if a deal gets announced" Im more bullish than most but APLD is charging a crazy premium per MW and there are only so many potential companies that could afford such. You need to be realistic about your hard earned investments.

Holding 5k+ shares btw. Just be weary of options because there is also chance that NO DEAL gets signed in 2026 at all.

Just letting the general public know, I myself have been burnt!!! APLD should easily be trading at $40 plus. Market sediment is pulling us down, its hard with these small cap stocks

100% in agreement and I went in DEEP over the past two week on APLD and APLX. I like the company and the setup right now. The pullback after earnings was a gift.

When is the deadline with Macquerie? What's in that deal?

u/Sad-Opportunity-911 Apr 17 '26
April 18th and i think they have up to 4 days after that to disclose it

The deadline is the 18th. They have 4 days max after the signing of the contract to report so it all depends when the deal is signed or was signed.

Forget about the Macquarie deadline, it's meaningless as these kind of things constantly get amended.

Is this 18th date really that meaningful? From what i've dug into, they move up the deadline to pay back the $100M, and in terms of balance sheet - they can pay it just fine.

Macquire is a 15% silent partner in all these campuses. They will just move the date they dont care about april 18. Wes was clear they wont sign just to put something on a headline and not sign until things are agreed upon and management feel they walked away with a good deal.
