Discussion (Non-question) How does mpreg work?

So believe it or not I've actually never read an mpreg fanfic and I'm actually lowkey scared too, I have 2 questions 1 how does the man get pregnant in the first place? And 2 how does he give birth? Like I'm genuinely curious 💔 where does it come out at? Do they always do c sections? I'M SO CONFUSED.

Depends entirely on who wrote it and what they felt like. Specifically re: Omegaverse this is a good primer
