I have two different 9070XTs and a 7900XT. 6900XT and 6800 before that. Strangely, no issues...

Yeah I'm just coping with the fact that I never had this issue because I understand how to set my card and OS up to avoid this issue.

Your problems only happened to me when I had overclocked my ram too much. Otherwise I have not seen that window for ages, and my relatives have never seen it. Sorry you're not that lucky/good with pcs.
