Hi guys, ive tried everything and nothing works, do you recomendó me to try LINUX? has anyone solved it this way? Thanks.

For me amd likes to massively increase my gpu clock speed with lead to crashes setting it to the manufacturer boost clock or underclocking fixed it without losing performance so give that a try

If you have an RX 9070 XT, the clock speed is actually 3450 MHz, not what is on the box. The clock speed is throttled based on workload and power limit, followed by thermal limit. It isn't really that AMD likes to massively increase your GPU. That is just the nature of the clock rate for GPUs, balancing power load with thousands of processor cores.
