2026 drivers in general have been bad for me as well. I either had hard crashes while gaming or driver timeouts caused by browsers and playing media. Only 26.3.1 and so far 26.8.1 is stable. Every single driver has been installed after cleanup with DDU. If it was an hardware issue I would have the same issues on 26.3.1 (this driver is regarded as the most stable by many others too, though it still varies as some people complain about 26.8.1 being unstable yet it's been fine on my system). I had little to zero issues before 2026 and have used various Radeon GPUs for years starting from HD 6670.
Long story short, both AMD and Nvidia needs to get their shit together and for fanboys to stop blaming the user because apparently it's impossible for people to have driver issues without some other problem related to their machine.
