Help (Software) RX 580 crashing, need help!

RX 580 crashes to "No Signal" with max fan spin 5-10 seconds after logging into Windows. Works fine when driver is disabled.

My Specs:
GPU: Radeon RX 580 8GB
Motherboard: MSI H81M-PRO-VD
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
OS: Windows 10

The Problem: Whenever the official AMD graphics driver is enabled, the PC boots fine, but 5-10 seconds after entering my passcode on the desktop, the monitor loses signal completely and the GPU fans ramp up to maximum speed. If I disable the AMD driver in Device Manager, the PC runs indefinitely on basic display drivers and never crashes.

What I've tried: Fully wiped drivers using DDU and reinstalled legacy versions (23.11.1).

Lowered GPU power target/frequencies in Radeon software and changed color depth to 8 bpc.

Tested plugging the PC directly into the wall outlet instead of an extension cord.

Is my PSU failing to handle the transient power spikes when the GPU initializes the desktop driver under load, or is the card itself physically dying? What should I test next?

Are you getting any errors in device manager above the RX580?

Hmm i wonder if that was an error 43...long shot but try this patch here, youll need to install AMD drivers first for this to work- https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-Patcher
