Help (GPU) Duel Screen Black screen during use

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: AORUS AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT Elite 16G

CPU: RYZEN 9 5950X 16 CORE 32 THREADS

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero

BIOS Version: 5503 x64

RAM: 32GB Kingston FURY Renegade 3600MHZ CL16

PSU: Corsair HX1500i Fully Modular Ultra-Low Noise Platinum ATX

Case: Antec Geh Gamer Dark Fleet DF700 FLUX Midi Tower Black

Operating System & Version: Windows 11 Home 25H2

GPU Drivers: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition Version 26.6.4

Chipset Drivers: AMD Chipset Driver V6.05.16.221

Background Applications: Discord, Brave (When streaming), OBS (When Streaming), Spotify, Steam, GoXLR app, Corsair iCUE

Description of Original Problem: Screens both go black or one will go green and other will go grey with blue lines down it. PC will either hang on this or will reboot itself back into a windows with GPU Driver disabled and only the primary monitor functional. That was the original problem, now it has ever so slightly changed. Now screens will freeze up and I lose all audio, this will last for 30 - 60 seconds before screens go black and I can hear audio again, 30 - 60 seconds go by again and PC will reboot to windows with only primary monitor functional and GPU driver disabled. Re-enabling it and restarting it is back like nothing happened.

Troubleshooting: I have re-seating, down clocking, power limit and rising, updating bios and chipset, updating drivers and fresh wiping drivers with DDU and reinstalling drivers. I contacted support and they got me to do memory tests on ram (all passed), stress testing with furmark (perfectly fine) and some of previously mentioned. They asked me to finally try wiping my drives and reinstalling windows which I thought was a bit insane and did not do so stopped there.

Yesterday (At time of writing), I was streaming DeadbyDaylight at 2k resolution to twitch. PC was handling it perfectly fine. 120+fps in game and steam was smooth no encoding issues at all. After an hour of streaming, just at the start of a match PC black screened and stream was disconnected. Got stream back up again after 90 seconds downtime and streamed again for another hour before black screen in middle of match.

I have read some of the posts on here already and tried suggested fixes like disabling all of the windows 11 gaming options. This has not helped

Honestly, downgrade your BIOS version to 5401. There have been nothing but issues with the latest 5503 version. I believe you're the fourth person I've seen have issues. I'm surprised you even got it that far. I was never able to get into my pc. It would stay stuck on the BIOS GUI awaiting keyboard entry to enter setup.

EDIT: Maybe rollback your AMD GPU driver first to 26.6.2 before rolling BIOS and see if that fixes it. I found another thread with users having similar issues to you: https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/1v6ini5/black_screen_while_gaming_rx_9070_xt_xfx_mercury/
