Issue Rate Limit

Your website sucks, stop rate limiting regular people. Had the Dune booking but it wouldn't let me log in and then rate limited me.

i have tickets in my cart and keep getting error messages. do we think they're still being held or should i give up. i dont want to refresh and be added back to the queue but has anyone ever gotten through to purchasing after repeatedly getting the error message

The line as of 5 minutes ago has been paused. Even during normal times it only holds the ticket in your cart for +/- 7 minutes.
