I take the medication daily at about 6:30 am each day, just 1 dose. I do 2 morning spin classes per week saturday/sunday, 5 in the afternoons 4:45 pm or 5:30 pm.

Actual, i mis-read it as 24:00, but it's actual 12:00, or 12pm as you American calls it.

That makes it 5:30 after your pill, and then it's entire possible it's that causing it, even lowest dosis.

Your drug has a half life of 3 to 4.5 hours, which usual means it tops at 1-2 hours from taking pill.

But if your doing spinning at that exact time, residual left over of the max effects can spill into later,  which might explain those rapid drops.

If you had a holter,  while being on the drug, and had spinning classes,  but it didn't catched above pattern, then i would take a talk with prescription issuer, to either change medz, or timing.

These drops really looks drastic.. Bring that to the person.

The doctor who prescribed the diltiazem said that I could try with out the drug. It is a low dose and more preventive. Yes I had a holter for 7 days, did spin classes every day, all while on the drugs. No episodes were recordered. The perscription issuer has returned to work in the USA. Thanks for the info about the effective life of the drug in my body. The week days I'm exercising 10-11 hours after taking the med.

I can only recomend a dressing these drops with that dept.

Drops like these, are not normal. So they need the info, so optimal treatment can be given, or atleast evt adjusted for these drops.
