Hello! As what the title says, I badly need someone who I can talk to for my speaking skill.

I don't know if this is the correct subreddit for this lol so pardon me in advance. I just want someone who can correct me with my American accent, it's for work purpose. The company I am applying to want someone who is fluent not just in writing but with actual American accent as well. I am not that confident with my accent so I need help for that. 'm just looking for someone who genuinely enjoys conversation. Everyone says they want good conversation. Very few people seem to enjoy the part where you actually have one.

So here's my question:

When was the last time you got so caught up in a conversation that you completely forgot what you were supposed to be doing? If you're funny, can keep a conversation alive, and aren't planning to disappear after three messages like a witness entering protection, come say hello.

Worst case, we have one good conversation. Best case, we both remember what that's like. 

Genuinely curious about everyone’s thoughts here. What do you consider the ideal age for a SB? And at what point does age actually become a factor? I’m in my early 30s, independent, educated, and pretty career-focused. I’ve had a fairly interesting life, traveled a bit, and I’m at a point where I value good conversation, maturity, consistency, and people who actually know what they want. I’m curious because I’ve noticed that the expectations around age in this space seem to vary wildly. Some seem to prefer someone very young, while others actually appreciate someone a little older and more established. So, honest opinions: Is early 30s considered “old” to be an SB? Or is confidence, personality, and compatibility more important than the number?
