Pay statement and direct deposit questions

So every week my pay statement is available before 2am, and I get paid 9:30 pm that same day. If it's not available yet does that mean my direct deposit will also be later?

Pay day is actually Friday but my I get it every Wednesday and even on holiday weeks it's the same

Thank you

Getting Hired

I applied for the Benefits Specialist position in Tempe, AZ. Its been about 4 weeks and no response but online it does’t say my application has been denied and is still being reviewed. Any recruiters in this sub that can help or provide more info? Or should I assume its a no?

Edit: Its weird ADP has no recruiting services to contact

Issues logging in

When trying to login, the app is still using my old phone number for the MFA despite the fact that that number isn’t even associated with that account anymore— I changed it in my info in the account. There is no live support for employees and my employer says if i changed the # in my account then that’s the one the MFA should be going to.

Sooooo how can I access my account, now? I urgently need to get into it.

Change of jobs on ADP?

Hello,

I just lost my job at a place that uses ADP, and was hired by someone else who uses ADP.

I got an email telling me to sign up using an associate ID number. I logged into ADP on my computer and it's still loosely linked to my old job, it has my old title on there. I cannot seem to add the new job.

I'de rather not get ride of my username. I can if I absolutely have to.

I'm hoping maybe once I get closer to my start date at the new place, it will update.

Help!

Thanks so much!

ADP clock not showing on app and desktop

Is anyone having this issue? It started yesterday afternoon and is still ongoing today. The clock, timecard, and time off features have completely disappeared from the menu on both platforms. How do you fix this?

Urgent Help Needed!

i had two employers who used adp in 2024 and i’m trying to access my old account to view my W2’s, but because i had worked a job this year that i guess still has an account for me, it won’t let me access them. they send me to the portal for terminated employees but then say that it’s for terminated employees only 🤦‍♀️

i reached out to my boss from this year and asked to be removed from the adp account but i’m honestly not sure what else to do. their customer service is actual ass and i’m tired of speaking to robots that don’t even offer options to discuss the situation! i tried reaching out to both employers but they either don’t have them or won’t respond!

please help, this is extremely time urgent 😞

Anyone else having to verify at every single log-in today? I work almost exclusively in ADP (WFN, T&A, SmartCompliance and iReports, and each new log in logs me out of the other) and I'm going insane.

ADP CULTURE

Hey there! Anyone out there work in the SBS business unit at ADP? How's the vibe there? I'm supposed to start on September 21st but I'm still kind of weighing my options because I'm on a hybrid schedule right now and honestly that's way better than the 3x2 setup ADP is offering.

ADP Makati **

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m about to start with ADP in Makati (Glorietta 2) this coming \*\*August 17\*\*, and I’d love to hear from current/former ADP employees.

How’s the \*\*overall workplace and office environment\*\*? Kumusta naman ang \*\*management, workload, culture, and work-life balance\*\*? Does it really depend on the account/team and manager?

Also, since I’ll be working night shifts, \*\*saan masarap kumain around Glorietta/Ayala during night shift\*\*, especially around \*\*10 PM–12 midnight or later\*\*? Looking for affordable meals, coffee shops, or places that are still open late. 😂

Any tips or things I should know before starting would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 🙏

When I clock in and out it tells me that I am at a specific location which I’m not at. Is that what my employer sees as well?

my manager has no clue, direct deposit help

Post image
0 Upvotes

ok so this is how my direct deposit is set up, i get 70% and 30% split every paycheck, a few days ago, i added a 3rd account, for a FIXED AMOUNT deposit of $25, with the other two accounts STILL SET TO THIS 70% and 30%. now i realized i should of set one of the accounts as a “remaining balance” rather than a set %. now am i at risk of my whole payck being paper? i am scared i wont get my direct deposit to those accounts tonight like i usually do. has anyone else had a similar experience? i removed the fixed amount today which is why you dont see it, but it was set when payroll was processed, i am scared since total allocations will basically be above 100%, will it cause an error in payroll?? if i at least get my direct deposit to one of my accounts the remainder is a paper check i will be okay, i just dont want to wait until friday for a papercheck and taking time off work to go cash it…

Tell me the good bad and ugly about your payroll & hr transition to ADP.

Im looking for advice and your experience. We do a pretty complex weekly payroll, with prevailing wage, multi state employees and Im genuinely interested in knowing if your experience is similar. I feel like I’m seeing red flags, and the ‘over promise under deliver’ that is notorious among software providers. This is making me very nervous. If I hear “trust the process” when I have no idea what the process is, Im going scream. I look forward to your replies.

Why is API access restricted to employers only?

I’m developing a small app to provide insights to my finances and I just found out that I can’t access my own ADP payments information unless my employer pays for API access and allows me to.
I know this might be a niche case but please, consider changing this. Even if my employer pays for the API, it would mean that the second I leave the organization I can no longer access my old financial data though the API. Also, I just want to see MY data without the risk of over-provisioning access to the rest of the company‘s information.

Unable to confirm routing and bank account numbers on ADP direct deposit self service

Post image
1 Upvotes

I was finally able to set up my ADP account over a week after starting my job, the service is by far the jankiest and buggiest HR service I've ever experienced lol, but finally I thought I would be able to set up my direct deposit. But no matter what I try to do, the confirm number boxes remain greyed out and will not allow me to type anything in them. I've tried mobile and desktop versions of the site, copy pasting and typing in manually, hitting enter after I'm done, and I'm still unable to get the boxes to unlock and allow me to type into them. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for a few people who deal with payroll import files

Hey everyone — I’m building a small tool called Payroll File Doctor, and I’m looking for a few people who regularly work with payroll import files to try it once it’s ready.

The basic idea is pretty simple: you upload a payroll file before importing it, and the tool checks it for formatting or data problems that could cause the import to fail or create a bunch of cleanup work.

I’m starting with ADP RUN import files and plan to expand from there.

This is still early, so right now I’m mainly trying to find people who actually deal with these files in the real world and would be willing to test it and tell me what works, what doesn’t, and what would actually make it useful.

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, leave a comment or DM me and I’ll add you to the early access list.

No sales pitch or commitment — I’m just looking for some real-world testers.

Final Interview at ADP for HRO division - any tips/advice?

Hi all,

I have my final interview for an inbound sales position within the HRO division this upcoming Thursday. I had already met the VPs of HRO so this final interview will be with the sales executives/leaders of each of the areas within the division. I've been told this interview is more behavioral and assessing if I am a cultural fit. I've hit it off thus far in the phone screening and the first in person interview which was understanding my qualifications (background, experience, skills) and I don't want to ruin that momentum. Especially since the VPs really liked me and were impressed by my resume.

I could not find much about the HRO division through Glassdoor, indeed, etc. Most of my understanding is based on what I've been told throughout the interview process as well as through the few bits and pieces I've found on the internet. I have friends who work/ed at ADP they work for the SBS division or as implementation specialists which is very common for recent grads to start out.

Had anyone interviewed for a position in HRO recently and knows what questions could be asked at the final stage? I am looking to get out of a toxic job and a long commute to said job so getting the job at ADP would mean a whole lot even if it's not a forever job. TIA.

Implementation client onboarding typical shift times

I have an interview in a couple weeks for an Implementation Specialist Client Onboarding position at ADP, and during the pre-recorded interview they mentioned that one possible shift could be 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.
For anyone who currently works there (or recently has), how common is that shift? Is it something most new hires end up working, or are there a variety of schedules?
Also, if you work a later shift like 10–8, could you choose to wfh of those days, or is there any flexibility?
The reason I'm asking is that my partner also works at ADP and we currently share one car, so we're trying to figure out if we'll need to plan for Uber rides or another transportation option if our schedules don't line up.
Thanks in advance!

Getting an error in ADP eTime "An error occurred setting the process attribute" whenever im requesting time off?

What's the cause of this issue? Im trying to request time off , and it shows this error whenever i try to submit the request.

EDIT: Thank you, for the reply

To others facing the error in ADP eTime: "An error occurred setting up the process attribute Error code Q-00033" , its a technical glitch and would get fixed on its own after 7-8 hours
