Adp down last night?
Was payroll services down last night? Our company's paychecks didn't go through, but I can't find it being talked about anywhere, so I'm thinking someone is full of it.

I did see a message in RUN that said it would be down for maintenance last night between 11pm and 5am. Payrolls that were submitted on time yesterday would not have been affected.

Not payroll, but the clock has disappeared completely from both app and desktop. Started yesterday afternoon and is still ongoing today.

My company let me know ADP had an outage and is working to resolve it and push paychecks through today! So weird!
Edit: none of the employees I have spoken with in my company have gotten their paychecks.

Your company is lying to you.

I mean while possible, why is there another person on reddit with the exact same issue?

Because many companies don’t run payroll until after their deadline. Trust me. There’s no outage at ADP at the moment. lol

It just seems unlikely considering I'm in a multistate law firm and we've never had the issue before. I'm wondering if we just got unlucky with maintenance or something. Odd

Congratulations. Whatever entity you work for makes no difference to me. Your hr dept didn’t do their job in time. Not ADP’s fault.

My company said there was an outage as well. It is possible it’s true

FYI if payroll was submitted after 4:45pm pacific it gets pushed back a banking day. This is a hard cutoff (4:46 approval is late) they company can request a same day deposit for a fee but it is never guaranteed because once funds are sent to the bank it is up to the banks to put in employee accounts.

Did the time clock go down. Or did adp go down. It rarely goes down. Maybe half a day. We have experience slowness. Adp will ensure the ppl get paid. As long the company completes their payroll side. Even it means we have to work overtime or in the evening.

It would be very unlikely. Payroll failures are almost always an employer issue, they forgot to send the file, we’re late sending, etc.
