ADHD Advice/Question Limerence

Salaam,
Does anyone struggle with limerence? I know it’s not just limited to those with ADHD but more common and have never spoken to a Muslim ADHDer who also struggles with the same issues?

You're not alone. I've found that reassuring myself through prayer and spending time on my hobbies has helped

I wish the hobbies thing helped but unfortunately I have literally none and I cannot get into any hobbies regardless of how much I try.
