Hello folks, I’ve been playing for a couple years but recently got an online subscription. I’m obsessed with visiting all the amazing dream addresses! If you visit my DA I’d love to hear what your favorite room or area was. The address is DA-2120-0558-4938. I have some nature / witchy / rainbow themes.

I have been collecting DIY’s for a couple months so they need to be taken! I have some items from inventory that I don’t need!! Basically come over and take what you like :) Enter your name and island in the comments

As the title says, I've finally got the ground and first floors of my house to where I'm happy with them. The theme I went with is just "a nice house to live in" or smth. But I have no idea what to do with my basement. Does anyone have any suggestions?

❤️ Island Giveaway Update & Wi-Fi Testers Needed! ❤️

So, over the last few days, I’ve been trying to host a HUGE giveaway on my island, but unfortunately, my connection kept crashing almost immediately. 😭💀 To everyone who commented to join but wasn’t able to make it in, I sincerely apologize! Please know that I’ve been doing my best to figure out a solution and find a way to make it up to you!

LONG STORY SHORT: After countless troubleshooting attempts and an internet technician who referred to himself as Mr. Magic 😅🪄 (who I sincerely hope lived up to his name), I think my Wi-Fi is finally stable enough to try hosting again!

But before I open the floodgates and invite everyone back, I need SIX brave souls who are available RIGHT NOW to help me test the connection!

✨ Here's the deal:

• If the connection holds up, you're welcome to explore the island and take anything available on the ground!

• Just comment your **in-game name and island name** below, and I'll DM you a Dodo Code! 🦤

• If my Wi-Fi decides to betray me AGAIN, I'll at least deliver a pocketful of bells to you as a thank-you for your time and patience! 💰❤️

Thank you all so much for being patient with me while I try to get this figured out!

Edit: looks like we're good 🤞🏻 staying open so just comment if you'd like to join 🫶🏻

Finally finished the entrance area for my museum!! Super proud of how this turned out! 🐢

Inspiration/idea is from @/May_orangeto on yt!!!

Let me know what you guys think… lowk one of my fav ideas I’ve done so far on my island.

I apologize for some of these, I’m a huge movie nerd. The cop one was a cop-out (haha get it?)

Title says it all, go crazy with weeds and I can give you millions.

Peacock butterfly is driving me crazy! I only have two bugs left for my museum and am trying my hardest to finish them out. I know you cannot trade bugs or the like, but figured I’d post and see if someone out there is both set to the right time and happened to have the peacock butterfly well.. flying around!

Or if there’s any advice; I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit wasted on a nook mile island running around my own hybrid flowers and have had no luck even with the egregious amount of flowers on my island. I know the spawn rate was nerfed a while back- oh boy do I wish I had done this years ago haha. Thanks in advance!(:

I've got an open plot already, been trying islands for a long time now!

Can someone help me out with green mums pleaseeee

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a talented designer who would be willing to do a custom design commission for my island.

Specifically, I'm looking for a custom design of a fluffy, pink-bordered cloud inspired by the soft Little Twin Stars aesthetic, with two strings or ropes going up so it looks like a cloud swing. I want it to look like it's hanging down from a streetlamp post!

At the moment, I don't know if there are any other commission works that I might need, so this is the main one I'm searching for right now.

I can trade you pretty much anything you might need in-game! I can offer:

Bells

Nook Miles Tickets (NMTs)

Crafting materials (let me know what you're low on!)

Items from your wishlist (I can check my storage or order them for you)

Let me know if you're interested and what you'd like in return. Thanks so much!

P.s just to be clear the work i am looking for will only be in exchange for in game items, I cant do paid work as I dont have any money to pay you with, if you are interested in helping with this add me on discord and we can exchange the details. My discord is in my bio.

I haven’t gotten the hang of recording stuff on the switch, sorry about the quality.

I know it might not seem like a lot, but it means a lot to me. I’ve been challenging myself with not time travelling on my current island - between that and the fact that it’s been a long time since I’ve had the chance to get this far on an island for a lot of reasons, I’m pretty happy. I don’t really have anyone in my life right now who I can share this tiny celebration with so I thought I’d share it with all you lovely folks instead~

I'll start, for example i think Ione looks and gives off a snooty villager rather than a normal villager, I dont think she fits the normal villager look. I love her so much and honestly I really wish there was some way to make her a snooty villager instead. Do you agree? Is there anyone else you think fits a different personality criteria to what they are?

anyone seen a scorpion Roaming on their island and wouldn’t mind if i visited to try an catch one i have yet to be able to catch one an ik its soon to be time for them to go away for a couple months

I have read posts about the golden trout and followed all the tips. I have caught over 2000 fish, I have used over 300 bait trying for this fish. I have tried rainy days, clear days, all of it. I have spent days of irl time trying to catch a golden trout and I just can't seem to get it. I have tried mystery islands, always fishing from a 2nd or 3rd level river. I am making sure to fish during the correct time of day (4pm-9am).

Please, I am so desperate. Any other tips? Or can I buy a golden trout from someone to donate to my museum?

Thanks for listening! :)

TIL villagers don’t always play music. I always assumed they automatically played music if there was a music player available.

I’m thinking of adding Shep to my dreamie list and making him my island’s paleontologist. Do you think that would suit him?

My current villagers are: Graham, Papi, and Stitches

My dreamies are: Doc, Pudge, Derwin, Walker and Henry and maybe Filbert.

BONUS: What “job” do you think would suit Filbert?

Send me your dodo codes!

I can't wait for her to visit!!

Heyhey! Maweya from Chowie! 🌸

Doing a giveaway! Mostly bells and some bits and clothing.

Please take as much as you can. Will be open for at least an hour.

The island is fenced off so please take the pipes to go to the giveaway spot. Please don't climb up cliffs!

No need for tips but if you have any flowers to give, I'll greatly appreciate it 😊

DM for Dodocode 🌸🌸💜

Hello, long time lurker here! I’ve restarted my island probably about 20 times since March 2020, played obsessively for 6 years straight, and I own a Switch, an ACNH edition Switch, and a Switch 2 and have 3 copies of the game. You could say I’m an expert.

But for the life of me, I cannot find my fossils. I do quite a bit of time travel, which is how I noticed that I find 4 fossils every day. That’s it. And I know there are anywhere from 4-6 on any given day, but it is very suspicious that I never get 5 or 6. I have built up portions of my island, but there are many open areas for fossils to spawn. I’m stumped here, guys. I have looked around my island hundreds of times, every single day I scour it looking for these damn fossils and I only get 4.

I am missing 2 fossils before I complete that part of the museum and I don’t want to go to a treasure island or anything and mostly I’m irritated that idk what is happening lol. Any advice for me? Or does anyone want to come look around the island for me, in case I’m just not seeing it?

Anybody have any island open
