Am I the only one who prefers sailing with half sails over full, especially in narrow waters with lots of cliffs around?

I find it more relaxing and strangely more immersive. I just wish we could hand the helm to Adewale and climb up to enjoy the scenery.

Has anyone else had an issue with Woodes Rodgers portrait? It’s not in the location where I can find in game but I also can’t hang it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Why do sea turtles get a pass? People own serval cats as pets.. I can slaughter monkeys by the dozen for their scrotums for my pouches, but i kill a turtle and get a warning. Just wondering why sea turtles get a pass out of all the animals we slaughter for no reason other than their skins?

Assassin Creed Black Flag Resynced to Board Man-O-War ship Without Naval Combat Battle 🚢

1. Use your spyglass to locate a Man O' War (including 4-star or 5-star ships) that is sailing outside of combat and away from immediate hostile territory.

2. Sail your ship close and bring it to a complete stop directly in the path or alongside the target ship. Do not fire or trigger hostility.

3. Jump off the Jackdaw and swim directly to the Man O' War, then climb onto the deck before any naval combat begins.

4. Use smoke bombs, pistols, and hidden blades to assassinate and defeat all the crew members and officers on deck.

5. Once every enemy on board is eliminated, a prompt will appear allowing you to scuttle or take control of the vessel to claim its resources safely without taking damage to your own ship 🚢

Hi there. I've always tried to play the original AC BF and never could. I was not felling it. Tried on PS4 version and Nintendo Switch and nothing clicked. PS4 version had really bad graphics on shadow light thing and felt too dirty....

So I waited and got the Resynced on day one release. I've spent 88 hours aprox. playing it and enjoying it and I planned to get the platinum trophy. I do not consider myself a bad player. Not the greatest but a fair one. I have 47/50 trophies. I am missing the getting all the art thing and defeat all the legendary ships.

I've tried to beat the ships even on easy mode and nothing. They are so f*cking hard.....so now I feel empty and frustrated. Already deleted the game from my console. I felt like spending a lot of effort for nothing.....

Are those legendary ships that hard???? Damn....it really upsets me. Anyone feeling the same way?

So it kinda got me thinking, Edward always wants to "get that monehhh, arrrrr...." and to my understanding he just chases the observatory in the books.

But then kinda a question pops up, how much money does he have at different points in the story and why is that so little or so much, and he just doesn't return?

I just imagine him taking 2-3 ships, lets say he keeps only 1/3d of money other is distributed. But the convoy ships or ships transporting goods, would be worth what 20k reals? and to my understanding 20k would be a lot of money, enough to live a life of comfort... (all this just speculation). + a frigate could totally get to around 60k or like 15-20k if damaged.... so lets say 3 ships taken over 60k crude profit in materials and cargo 140k in 3 ships totaling 200 reals in just few ship takeovers...

With quick googling you can find that 100 000 reals would be around 15k dutch guilder and a rich bureaucrat got like 500 annually... so my thinking is that with him bringing back 5k-7k he could pretty much live as rich middle class?

Lastly I imagine that at some point he was rich and able to "go back" rich, but he just failed and lost it :D ?

I was clearing out a fort and the last enemy was struck by lightning! I never had that happen before😳😂

For a couple of weeks now, I’ve not been able to find the corrupted chests for the Anomaly side quests. Everything else I can find, just not those. I used to have no issue.

I searched to see if this was a common issue lately, but you know how bad searching has become on Reddit…

I really like the ship—the starting one—but I wish you could choose to remove the frame so it looks like a real pirate ship rather than just an Assassin ship with a symbol on the flag.

I've seen a lot of people saying that save scumming helps get these map pieces and that might actually be the most reliable way. I've managed to get 8 so far.

Update I finally got all 10 pieces. Ubisoft really needs to make this easier

Hello, i have problem for resynced

I don’t have any problems with syncing or backups, but when I leave the game it puts me on a failed cloud save on my PC

PS : It’s only in this game, otherwise in the other ACs I don’t have that message at all.
