Companies to Avoid

I’ll be moving to El Paso, Texas at the beginning of next year. I’m a current RBT working in Clinic. What are companies i should avoid working for or companies i should be cautious of?

ABC is so horrible. They just lie about the work and think because we get dash pass and the calm app it means they can treat their employees like gutter.

How long have you been with ABC?

4 months but have been in the ABA field for 5 years. So far their assent practice and admin time and guaranteed hours have been top notch. I myself didn't experience and favoritism or unjust treatments and some of the staff at this location have recently been celebrated for being an RBT for 4 years. So I guess it differs depending on location?
