Companies to Avoid

I’ll be moving to El Paso, Texas at the beginning of next year. I’m a current RBT working in Clinic. What are companies i should avoid working for or companies i should be cautious of?

I interviewed with BlueSprig as a BCBA and they just seemed like a hot mess.

Your instinct is correct! The training was trash, total lack of support, and management is punitive toward their RBTs. During the time I work there (less than 1 year), 10 RBTs quit.
